Caledl the phone number on the website, left a voicemail. Received a call later on that day I made an appointment for the following Tuesday, so it was one week ahead. Needed to have a cleaning done. The day they were supposed to show up, nobody showed up. I called the number and left a voicemail no response to this day. I sent a text message to the number they asked me to send My address two, but never had any type of response. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and will never call this company again.

Overall, they did a great job! We did start off on the wrong foot, but they went above and beyond to redeem themselves and they did!!! We are very satisfied with her professionalism and quality of work and look forward to continue our service with her.

Although there were issues in the beginning, the crew was sent out to cleanup my landscaping. They came, did a great job and renewed my faith and trust in them. I'm glad they took the time to make things right. Kudos.

I got a “basic clean” to which I needed to go back a re clean something in every room. Plus they were late and only stayed 1.5hr. I reached out and they were supposed to schedule a free cleaning. It took forever to get through to anyone and she ghosted me with no call no show 2x. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. I get it if you are busy or overwhelmed, but that does not excuse no call no show.

Reyna came by and worked her magic first visit. Words a thanks are not enough. She is now on our schedule permanently. Licensed bonded and insured👍

This is her 2nd NO CALL NO SHOW. After reading reviews. It looks like this happens often. 1st experience was from a Facebook suggestion. She ghosted me but offered half price service the following week. I felt bad so i gave her a big tip to make up for the difference. I then booked the follow appointment. She ghosted me again. No call, no show, does not respond to text or calls. How can you trust this when you want to keep a clean home. Truly disappointed.

Ms. Rayna's crew did a fantastic job with painting, carpet, and move in clean at a competitive rate. Highly recommended. I will be using them for any future services they can help me with.

I had reviewed this company with high marks when they started with me a year ago. While looking over some issues, giving her and her workers some leniency with the fact they were new in the industry. However, these issues never got any better. I was constantly being called to have to reschedule because of them being double booked, or because of them not being done with another project on time that day. They constantly either had equipment left behind, or personal equipment (2 toilet brushes, squeegees, cleaning rags, and sponges) used and taken. Then today I didn't get confirmation of my appt, even though I reached out to them 4 times yesterday with no response. And then there was a no show. I finally got a text 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled appt time asking what they could do better. Really?!?

Yard services were completed and they did a good job. Unfortunately, my lawn mower disappeared from my backyard at the same time. I've been at my home for almost 8 years and had no problems but it conveniently disappeared right at the same time they came to do my yard. I called to ask if they accidentally picked it up with their stuff. I was told no and nothing else was done to make any effort for ammends. I will no longer use this service because it seems they're not trusted.

We posted on Facebook on a Thursday evening that we needed someone to cut back 6 huge trees at a house we had just bought. Reyna replied, was available Saturday, and got the job done. They even came back to make sure everything was totally cleaned up and looking good in the light since it was dark when they finished. :) Thanks!

her staff went above and beyond to get the interior of my house painted… me and my wife were so happy they did everything. They said they would do anymore in a professional and time in the manner we highly recommend them for interior painting, and cleaning services.

We enlisted Reyna’s services for a long overdue deep cleaning of our large home, with LOTS of kids, numerous pets, and mom on oxygen and bed rest! We were desperate and so far behind we could never catch up. Reyna’s crew came in and despite the obstacles ( I thought they would take one look and run screaming like their hair was on fire) they whipped our house together in about 6 hours! From the ceiling to the floor, and they got the windows too! They were miracle workers! You can’t go wrong with them! I can’t give them enough stars.

My bathrooms were excellent the first 2 times, then after that the service kind of faded. Also, different cleaners came into my home each month which was unerving.

Two months in a row they didn't show up.
This last time : the owner called me asking to reschedule my afternoon appointment to be there in 15 minutes. We rescheduled for 2 hours later, but no one showed up.

I texted the #, and someone responded saying her boss was in a meeting. Then I received a messenger message from the owner saying she was in Payson and got the message from her crew. And that they had to now reschedule because the worker had something come up with her child.

If you read the other reviews you'll see most of them are after one appointment.

I have been using Reyna's house cleaning and landscaping services regularly for the last year and have been consistently pleased! Very dependable and cares very much about making sure the client is completely satisfied. I recommend very highly!

Reyna’s Multi services is where it’s at if you are looking for someone that provides A+ Effort, that produces A+ Miracles, who values your situation and is on time. Reyna and her employee Jessica came to my apartment and turned it into a place ready for move in, when there was quite a few things that were not ready to go such as the Stove/Oven, flooring, bathrooms, walls, laundry room, closets, Refrigerator and Freezer, front porch, Garage you name it she was there to make all of my worries go away. She and her partner were able to make my former place of stay, a place that people can stay. I definitely look forward to using her for my new place of stay and the beautiful thing about Reyna is she is willing to work with you on what your budget is as long as it’s reasonable she shows love, not only that but she offers a wide array of services from cleaning to painting to landscaping to several other services but the thing that stands out to me is she has a heart of gold. Everything she and the people she has involved bring A+ effort to make your fears and worries go away in a blink of time.

Reyna and her crew went hard to work at cleaning out my place in casa grande. She’s fair, reasonable and most important, knows how to do her job. I’d highly recommend her to anyone needing cleaning services. Go to the best. Reyna IS the best.
