The valley steam tech showed up with a portable steam cleaning machine, not truck mounted like I expected. The tech assured me that the portable machine was just as good as the truck mounted ones. After he had finished and the carpet dried I noticed that not only were the stains still on the carpet but the carpet had a sticky feel like there was soapy residue left over. I was not satisfied with the work and called him to ask for a refund. He told me that he always offers full refunds for unsatisfied customers. I have yet to see that refund and the cleaning was over a month ago. Since the service was done I've been noticing more dark spots on my carpet and I believe that's due to the soap residue left in the carpet from the portable steam cleaning machine. I would never use this company again. Here's what Google says about portable steam machines versus truck mounted:

Were scheduled early morning appointment and never showed were not informed of not showing or a phone call, even so on more than just 1 day.
