House Cleaning reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

Called the company due to driver being parked in a fire lane while blocking parking spaces at my complex. Person I spoke with said they'd contact the driver to move the vehicle. It has now been more than 30minutes and all the driver did was put his hazards on. His van has been left unattended with almost every door swung wide open. Very frustrating when you cant park in your assigned space. I guess driver or both driver and company feel entitled to block a fire lane.

My carpet was flooded from my toilet overflowing and Jonathon was able to get the work done quickly and efficiently. He was also very flexible when it came to scheduling a time to put in the new padding. Highly recommend him as a technician and will be requesting him again if I ever need work done!

Adam came on time and showed me the up most respect and care for my home, so well like if it was his own. I definitely recommend and will tell all about this company and the great services they bring.

I'm sure he does good work however he needs to be aware of people with disabilities.

Jonathan arrived on time. Was very professional and polite. My old carpet looks brand new. Highly recommend Love.

Jonathan was Very professional, cleaned 2 rooms, carpet looks amazing, ( like new ) even helped me move some furniture out of the way
So appreciative, what really impressed me was, my carpet needed to be stretched, I didn't know that was such a thing, the repair to my carpet was amazing, looks like new carpet.

I received a carpet cleaning service today at my apartment by Adam. I really appreciate how quick the process was. He called to confirm I was home prior to showing up at my place which was helpful for me to know when to be available. He was able to get some of the tough stains out of the carpet. I appreciated him sharing advice on how to take care of the carpet after being cleaned. He provided great quality service.

Jeff answered when I called and was very professional and helpful. He gave me a great price and we scheduled. I unfortunately had something come up and had to reschedule. He was more than accommodating and gave me day and time I needed. Trent showed up on time, very professional! Great customer service from this company. He got in, did his job and left. I had a great experience with Love Carpet Care. Jonathan was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the process and made sure everything was done properly.

Both our carpets and rugs came out looking fresh, clean, and almost new again. Even tough stains were removed, and there was no strong chemical smell afterward. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out.
