This was the best carpet and upholstery cleaning I have ever had! Leonard was very thorough and took his time to treat several stains in the carpet (specifically dog urine) and made several passes over the worst areas to remove as much of the stain as possible. He was very conscientious about cleaning up after he completed an area and also covered his shoes while walking through the house. I will definitely be using Ultra Steam in the future for my carpets and upholstery.

He did a very good job and kept me informed as he found different issues that needed to be corrected.
