Marc is fantastic. Very thorough and a real professional when it comes to heater repair. During a recent yearly inspection, Marc found a cracked housing in the furnace and carefully explained what that meant. I had been told by another contractor years ago that there was a similar problem, but they couldn’t show me proof. This time, Marc used a scope and I could clearly see the crack myself. I feel confident that I’ll get the best quality service here. Adams Brothers HVAC & Gas really does a great job!

Adams Brothers HVAC & Gas installed a Bryant Legacy heat pump in my home. I compared prices with another company, and the cost for this heat pump was very affordable. The installation took most of the day. Gage and Duane showed up right on time at 9:00 in the morning. They were friendly and polite, and Nathan, their supervisor, stopped by throughout the day to check on things. Everyone answered my questions and explained what they were doing. When I mentioned that it’s hard for me to get up to the attic to pour in bleach, Nathan suggested a great solution for a small extra cost that would keep things running smoothly for months. The first two maintenance visits in spring and summer are free, which I really appreciate. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and did excellent work. As someone who has sometimes worried about being overcharged, I felt very comfortable with their service and honest prices. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs in Phoenix.

I recently had my 2 Ton A/C split system replaced in my small 1,100 sq/ft condo, where the air handler is in the same closet as the water heater. I got four estimates in total, and most were very similar in price. All the technicians showed up on time to give their quotes, which made it a tough choice. I decided to go with the company that made me feel the most comfortable during the process. The next morning, the installation coordinator called and scheduled the work. At 7:30 AM, Gage and Duane arrived, removed my old 20+ year-old R22 system, and had the new unit up and cooling by lunchtime. My previous air handler was sitting on a 2x4 and plywood setup, which made it hard to get to the water heater. The new air handler is now wall-mounted, so accessing the water heater in the future will be much easier. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I am very happy with the AC installation and highly recommend their services.
