Insanely expensive!!!
First time user of Any Hour Services. Called them to fix a circuit breaker tripping issue in a Casita. Said it would be a $39 to diagnose which I agreed to. Tech arrived on time for scheduled appointment. Tech Spent 10 min trying to diagnose problem and then came back and said he couldnt find the problem and said he would have to write up another quote for a more detailed diagnosis. I agreed. About 45 min later, he came back with a quote of $700+ for an in depth diagnosis and simple fix. I was boxed into a corner because I needed it fixed so I agreed. The tech did some wire tracing (at ground level- no attic or wall access) and eventually found the issue - an old - unused outlet. He removed that connection which fixed the problem. It was less than an hour of labor, no material. He adjusted my price downward about $20.
So the positive was that he was able to fix the problem. The obvious negative is the price point on the actual job. $698 for an hour of non-strenuous work. My opinion is that the 10 min diagnosis for $39 is a scam to get you to commit to a more in-depth repair.
I will not be using them again because that kind of pricing is absolutely insane.

My hot water heater was having issues. Jeff came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, got me up and running again, and taught me a few things about my home which I would not have otherwise known. Great, fast service - on time and done right!

The absolute worst do not use this company under any circumstances I had an emergency. I scheduled service with him. They confirmed it and then they canceled it without notice leaving me in the lurch with my tenants the most horrible experience I’ve ever had stay away from this company. If you search their reviews, from worst to best you will find they have many, many, many, many one star reviews for their horrible service. I think thy must think because they respond to them it makes eveything alright. It does NOT. I wish I could give them a negative number.
