We were referred to this company by a friend to address a collapsed duct in our attic. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. They sent a technician who, in my opinion, was inexperienced and unprepared. I had to provide him with shoe covers and show him where the attic was. After evaluating the area, he mentioned only the collapsed section might need replacement—but his communication and overall professionalism were poor.
After he left, I discovered he had damaged the attic door and surrounding molding, and left fingerprints all over our freshly painted walls. I immediately contacted the company and sent photos of the damage. They said they would send a handyman to repair it, but weeks have passed with no follow-up.
We also asked a simple question about their service guarantee if we chose to move forward, and received no response unless we repeatedly followed up by phone or email.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. If a business can’t deliver basic professionalism or follow through on promises, being a “small company” is no excuse. Now I’m left to fix the attic door myself.
