Had Champion Air out to remove and install 2 complete A/C and furnace systems at my house. Ray and his team (Chris and Ido if I remember correctly) were professional and courteous the whole time they were here. It was a big job but they worked non stop from start to finish even when it started raining/ hailing. I know nothing about HVAC, but the work all looks clean and way better than the old stuff from 2005. Ray walked me through setup on the units and my phone and got everything squared away. I would definitely recommend Champion air and Ray and his team to anyone looking for HVAC repair or replacement. As a side note, we found them through Costco and got a Costco shop card with a value of 15% of everything we paid, a free 10 year full parts and labor warranty (Costco covers its cost) and a check for 2% of the total cost of everything we paid since we are executive members. According to Ray, they have worked with Costco for years. Highly recommend going this route.

We had champion air come out for a spring cleaning and unit check. Randy Mooney was outstanding. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. I learned something important about AC filters that No one else had ever told me. Will definitely use Champion air again and ask for Randy!

Patrick Horohoe the AC tech was very informative about our ac issue and what was the best way to resolve it. I would recommend Champion Air to anyone looking for a great company to deal with. Thank you again to everyone that helped us from dispatch to the tech.

David Davidson, came out in the middle of the night because one of our ACs wasn’t working. It was the near the kids’ room so we couldn’t have it hot down there. I was braced for a long night and a huge bill. It turned out to be something quick, easy and surprisingly inexpensive. It was a relief to have a good, honest experience at a time when we were vulnerable.

Had Tyler S. out at my home earlier today for a tune up on my AC system before summer gets into full swing. He was great. Very professional and friendly. Gave me a thorough rundown with pictures, explained things that I was unsure about, and made recommendations for the future as well. Will continue to use and recommend Champion Air and Tyler for all AC needs in the future.

Last night, my rental property air-conditioning unit went out. I googled 24 hour air conditioning repair and Champion air popped up. I called about 7:20 pm and got Liz on the phone. She was great and found a technician for me right away and said he would be contacting me within a few minutes . I received a text message with a picture and information about my technician Jonathan, who would be coming within the hour . Within 10 minutes, he called to say "I'm getting ready and heading out there now" He was coming all the way from surprise . I was surprised that it was only $89 diagnostic fee. It was a heck of a lot cheaper than getting a hotel room and putting up my renters for a couple of days. Jonathan had it fixed by 10 pm . He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and had the air up and running in no time. He sent a detailed text along with pictures and video of everything and what he had done to fix the problem. He also called to explain everything to me as well. I was very relieved that I wouldn't have to put up my renters for a few nights in our hotel and that they could be in the Comfort of their own home. I text my renter this morning and she said the house cooled off by midnight and she was so happy that we fix the problem right away. Thanks to Champion air!

Great company to work with! My heat pump starting showing corrosion and was loud. After researching products the Lennox brand hands down was one of the best. Now the unit is installed it’s very quiet and heats efficiently. Thank you for doing a quality job on my home.

Champion AIR is a life saver! Jonathan the technician was prompt, professional, and diagnosed my AC issue quickly. Jonathan was courteous and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and I'm very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them!

We had a new AC put in by Champion Air, but were having cooling issues in one of our zones due to the change to a 2-stage unit. Jonathan Crockatt came back out after install and diagnosed and fixed the problem. The time from original install to return was very quick and of course no cost to us.

Jonathan also looked at how the original vent/duct system was zoned (from the original house build) and offered to correct the duct system and properly zone the house based on its layout. The cost for this was reasonable and the zoning now makes much more sense and is more functional. He took the time to explain everything

Champion Air provided us with prompt and professional service when our AC stopped working. Our technician, Patrick Horohoe, was patient and thorough. He located a small coolant leak that might have been missed by other techs, and had us up and running right away. I highly recommend this company for their prompt, professional service.

We had the best experience with Colbie G. He arrived promptly for the appointment and after just few minutes he already knew the reason why our air-condition was not working properly. He is very knowledge as a technician and was able to answer all our questions and explained to us what we need to look for when we have a problem. He also explained to us on how to run our zoned system efficiently. He truly is an asset to your company!

We have been very impressed with Champion Air the last two times we’ve used them. They seem to be able to respond quicker and have more appointment availability than some of the other big names in the city, and the tech who helped us today, Larry F. Was great. I told him what I thought was wrong, he confirmed and let me know what it would cost, and then got to work. Our condensation line was clogged and he had everything resolved in less than 2 hours. Champion Air will likely continue to be our go-to company for HVAC needs. Thank you!

Jonathan Crockett was awesome. Good response time. Found problem literally within one minute. Tried to save me money with easy fix but my house would not cooperate. Quick-ish fix and new knowledge of system saved my AC unit for a few more years. Thanks.

Randy Mooney was our service technician today. He serviced our two A\C units and air handlers. Did a great job and was very professional. Impressed enough to sign up for Champions annual service contract which I believe will be a great bargain.

Patrick came out in literally the middle of the night to help us troubleshoot and inspect our HVAC system. Not only was he able to get it working again (as a triage until our new system could be installed), but he was so kind and professional in explaining to us all the pros and cons of each of our options for a new system, and so patient in answering our many questions. We are confident we are getting a quality product with a great warranty! Thank you!!

Jonathan from Champion Air was wonderful. Explained the problem, showed pics he had taken, and gave recommendations what repairs were needed with the problem fixed.

Champion air is great! My technician Jonathan was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and explained everything about my air conditioning unit and included pictures. He was very personable and recommended what would need to be replaced/ repaired in the near future along with upgraded ductwork as an option. No high pressure sales. I would definitely recommend this company!

Randy was my technician, and he was wonderful. He arrived on time, was friendly, answered all my questions, and was intentional about not leaving a mess.

Colbie at Champion Air is the real deal! He doesn't play games or try to sell you junk you don't need. Out of all the AC folks we've had, he's the honest one who just gets the job done. Thanks again!
