Randy came out this morning to do coil cleaning and inspection on my unit. This is the first professional look I’ve had on it since moving in, and it was much needed! His explanations were informative with where the overall unit and individual parts are at. I knew something sounded off outside when the ac was running, and he confirmed with video that I needed to replace the condenser fan motor before it went out completely. I’m so glad I had him come out, otherwise my unit could have shut off midday with my dogs at home and I wouldn’t know. Will be getting that motor replaced soon, especially now that I’m apart of their membership plan and can save some money with the replacement that is needed. I’m excited for this partnership!

We are so grateful for Patrick Horohoe! Our AC broke down late at night, and he came out right away to help us. He was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get everything running again. Patrick went above and beyond. Highly recommend him and Champion Air to anyone in need of an honest and reliable service!

Tyler was exceptional. He took initiative to upgrade our technology and ability to access our system with our phone in order to monitor and make changes to our thermostat from our other out of state residence. Additionally, he was thorough with his inspections. And he was very pleasant to deal with! I highly recommend him for any project you ask him to undertake.

Online booking was easy. The technician, John, was awesome. Walked me through my options to repair or replace. Honest and up front conversation, not a sales pitch.

We just had a new system installed by Champion Air and I noticed something that may not be normal (non-emergency and better to let the pros verify) so I called and quickly got scheduled the next day. Tyler was great at confirming my concerns and inspected everything thoroughly. He made sure the unit was in perfect condition before leaving.

What really stood out was his awareness to something that seriously could have saved our lives! He smelled a small gas leak when walking by and informed me immediately. Just great service all around. Thanks!

Jonathan is a keeper. He called before getting here and called inst ad of ringing the doorbell because I have 3 barking dogs. I will request him for my future maintenance. From the pictures he did a fantastic job.

Larry Fiores repaired my air conditioning/heating system this past week and I can't praise him enough for what he's done. Send his name and Champion Air's name to everyone in Sun City, because they would do the best job for them. I've lived in Sun City for 26 years.

Made an appointment with Monique for service. I was impressed with her profession and polite behavior. Tech was Jonathan and he went right to work on my unit on a very hot afternoon. My unit is 14 years old. He checked out the unit and cleaned the coils and added two pound of freon. Air Conditioner is working great. Champion Air was recommended by a friend and I'm thankful. Thanks to Jonathan and Monique I would recommend their service to everyone.

My technician Chris Lopez was very professional, on time,knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis of my ac unit in depth so i was able to understand the pros and cons of parts and procedures of preventive maintance.i felt at ease and Not under any pressure to buy anything and to get peace of mind that I'm not being taken advantage of by commission based technicians.im truly satisfied and HIGHLY recomend champion air for their superior service and will be canceling my maintenance agreement with my current ac company.thank you Chris for your amazing service

Larry Flores was our service person and he did a GREAT job. It was just a preventative maintenance for the coming Winter, but we highly recommend his work.

Johnathan C. came out for same day service and quickly resolved programming my thermostat. He is qualified electrician with a great personality. We have also been considering a garage AC and he was able to give me a quote on the spot.

Randy from Champion Air was phenomenal. In consideration of my health situation, he went FAR beyond above and beyond for our needs and completed everything in one day in preparation for my return from the hospital so that I would have clean and healthy air to come home to to keep me safe. Champion Air has always been a stellar company from the get go with us, from 3 A/C Furnace installs to mainenance and beyond, and we cannot say enough good things about the company. All the way from Monique to Randy and to Francisco who also came same day and understood our situation and moved things around to ensure that our ducts were cleaned and safe. THANK YOU!

We had the privilege of having Victor Martinez service our home. Victor was knowledgeable, informative, and worked efficiently to diagnose and troubleshoot our issues.

After 4 days without AC and a web of different opinions from other technicians, Victor showed up, assessed, presented a plan, and acted upon it to get our AC back up and running.

He provided us with short term and long term options and gave us all the information needed to make an educated decision. Even when the manufacturing company sent out the wrong part for our machine, Victor kept up communication and helped us feel more secure that we were being properly taken care of.

We could not have had a better technician than Victor to help us get our home back up and running.

Hoss from Champion Air was professional and knowledgeable explaining my options for a new A/C and heating system. He explained the different options available. Great experience.

Ray Estrada did a great job installing our new AC and heater unit. He was very friendly and explained the process really well.

We had Jonathan Crockatt assess and fix some air flow issues we've had in our home for two years. He's the only technician who has come up with a solution. He changed out all our registers to newer, adjustable ones, and this has reduced the noise and air direction in all rooms. He was absolutely the best technician. Knowledgeable and very customer-focused. Champion has a star in Jonathan.

The team at Mountainside air installed our new HVAC system and a new mini split 6 years ago. They continue to service our home once a year.
Our family has been very satisfied with their service.

Ray and his helper were incredible.
It was a little bit of a complicated installation for my two units and they worked from 7 AM to 9:45 PM and were still cheerful at the end.
I definitely got the best price on my units working with Champion and Costco and I know I will be in good hands if I have any issues in the future.
I also had a really great experience with Chuck, the salesman. He is very knowledgeable and really great at explaining the hows and whys of efficiency and upgrades, etc.
No one wants to get new HVAC (just me?), but they really made it as painless as possible. I would recommend Champion to anyone who has to be an adult and buy things like air conditioners.

Jonathan came to my condo to address an airflow issue. He assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and quickly and effectively made my condo's temperature more uniform and comfortable for me. I am so grateful for all his help! I also appreciate that he did not try to recommend expensive alternatives to address my problem.
I would definitely recommend Jonathan, and will request him if I have future issues.

I recently had a new AC system installed by Champion Air. While the initial installation didn’t go as smoothly as expected due to some communication issues with the original installer, the company truly showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Josh Gleason, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was made right. I had an issue with a vibration in the AC line that made the system seem noisy, and Josh took the time to carefully diagnose and resolve it. Thanks to his dedication, the unit is now running smoothly and quietly.

The other technicians who came out were also friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in the team as a whole.

I’m giving Champion Air a 5-star review because I believe a great company is not one that never has issues, but one that acknowledges them and takes responsibility to fix them. Champion Air did exactly that.

Despite a rocky start, I would 100% recommend Champion Air to anyone looking to get a new AC system installed. They stand behind their work, and people like Josh and the rest of his Team make all the difference.
