Big thanks to Landon, he truly came to our rescue. After a disappointing experience with a previous local company that kept us waiting for weeks, we now finally have our heating system back up and running in Phoenix. Landon didn't just fix the issue, he also explained that it was our thermostat that required replacement, not a faulty heat pump. Huge appreciation for Landon and his dedicated work.

we turned to ethan & sons hvac for our initial heat pump replacement and were thoroughly satisfied. years later, when we needed a second replacement, earl from the company made our choice a no-brainer. it was such a breath of fresh air to not be pressured into buying! earl was straightforward and was the only one out of five estimates to provide me with the exact information i had asked for. consequently, we had a york heat pump installed by them and we're over the moon with its performance! if you're in the market for a heat pump, you owe it to yourself to include earl's estimate in your considerations!
