We recently purchased a home that had a newer unit installed by George Brazil and we were due for the yearly maintenance. We also noticed the units becoming increasingly loud when turning on. Khaled came out and was so nice, took the time to take pics and videos and send them to me while I was at work. He found the new unit they installed in 2023 had a leak and the refrigerant was low. He stated it would be a $2700 repair but it was on them and would be covered under warranty. He went over everything with us and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. I really appreciate him, as most of the time you don’t even know if the repair men actually do anything while they are at your home. Highly recommend this company. Their customer service is top tier.

George Brazil's Technician are always super polite, respectful, well mannered, but mainly, helpful, very knowledgeable and precise within their field. We do not pay for our yearly A/C Maintenance, as after we installed 2 brand new units in 2 of our homes, they extended a 10 year free maintenance service contract, that covers parts, labor and 24 A/C filters yearly, per house. George Brazil has serviced our homes for nearly 20 years, although prior to our current contracts, their prices were always very reasonable, and the excellent service from their technicians has only gotten better each time. Without a doubt, we absolutely highly recommend George Brazil.

Jarrod, did an excellent job of the HVAC system service. He fully explained in detail all of the items checked and repaired. George Brazil always do a good job but, Jarrod did the most comprehensive service we have had from a George Brazil technician. Thank you.

The team at George Brazil provided a fantastic experience! The process was seamless and very thorough. The team, especially technicians Andrew, Maurice, and Aaron, did an outstanding job assessing my problems, recommending solutions, and installing a new AC unit. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about their work. They explained everything clearly and answered all questions patiently. They kept the work area extremely tidy - in fact I felt they treated this job as if it were there own - true ownership of their work! Thanks to their hard work, the new A/C unit functions perfectly. Bryan Ellul did an excellent job. Bryan is exceptionally personable and I appreciate the communication we shared about God and our families. I feel he was very sincere and a good person and a knowledgable ac technician. He definitely knew the lingo and function of the trane unit and explained it well to me. Even though he is from Chicago he did a great job. (JK cuz Im a Packer, Brewer fan😂) Thanks Bryan for taking such great care of us. We needed a new capacitor and we are glad he could install it immediately. We have been customers for over a decade and have had no trouble with our fabulous Trane AC unit through all the long summers with 110 degree average day weather. Our house remained cool as a cucumber. Thanks Bryan and thanks George Brazil for taking care of us. We appreciate it.

Bryan E has been out to our home a few times. He is always courteous and makes sure we understand everything that is going on. We purchased new units and he made sure everything was set up perfectly for install. He also contacted me to set up the maintenance appointment so I wouldn’t forget. His customer service is top notch!

My tech was very professional. answered all my questions about the unit. Unfortunately we could not get the issue that was happening where the unit turns off and the whole house shakes. Just like a car when you bring in or anything else. But was happy they took the time to exam. Will record and call them back. They really seem to be a good company upon leaving my house a christmas decoration was damaged and he was concerned. Call supervisor and they handle set up a replacement. What is there not to trust in a company that concerned.

AC removal and new AC went good. Was very pleased on the job clean up and the politeness of the installers. They explained how the new thermostat works.
I was surprised that a new filter cage and filters were installed.

I had Tristan Packer that did my check up on my air unit. He was kind. And respectful. He took the time to explain what I did not understand. He sent video of what he was checking and explained verbally as well. Thanks for making it a painless checkup.

As usual, the annual service of our air conditioning was exceptional! We've been customers of George Brazil for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work.

Service crew member John was awesome for my home system tune up. He was very easy going and helpful with answering all my questions. Really recommend this person.. he provides great customer service.

John Cook has been my requested technician of choice for 2 years. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional, besides being a wonderful person. My blower motor went out today, and John went and picked up the new one 1 hr. away and came back to complete the work today. John' the best! George Brazil you are lucky to have John as your employee. Jeremy B was very kind and polite when inspecting our AC unit his photos were clear and the expectation of what we need to do with our unit is also clear. I would be more than happy if he was the one to come back to clean our unit

Our a/c unit was old and had been patched up repeatedly throughout the years so we were ready for a new unit. Called George Brazil and they sent out Bryan Ellul for a consult. Bryan showed up on time and immediately showed so much respect for our home. He rolled out a red carpet at the door and put on booties over his shoes. He inspected our complete system and then went over what he had found. He told us what our best options were, timeline for installation and cost. The whole time he was extremely courteous, polite and professional. It was obvious that he knew what he was doing and knew the products well. We were very grateful for how comfortable Bryan made us feel about the decision we made on one of the options we were offered.

I want to recognize Kyle, HVAC technician who helped us today. He was on time, friendly, respectful, and incredibly thorough. He solved the issue quickly and made sure we understood everything before leaving. We really appreciate the excellent service of which we’ve been accustomed to for the past 10 years. Many thanks.

I bought my unit from G. Brazil; it was not inexpensive, and got the 5th of 6 preventive maintenance visits. I'm always leery of these turning into opportunities for them to "up sale" me Not the case this time. But Andrew H was polite, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond. System is working great.

John with George Brazil provided outstanding services from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what my options were without any pressure. His workmanship was excellent, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely call them again.

Tristin was thorough, explained everything he was doing for the semi-annual unit check up. He was professional, left the areas in the house clean, and had the office schedule a tech to come out and check the refrigerant. Very pleased with the service I’ve received from George Brazil. From new unit installation to semi-annual unit check ups.

On 11/17 Matthew was here to service our electrical and he was so nice and informative. Great Guy!!
On 11/20 Jose was here to service our AC and furnace. He did a super job, and it took a while. He made sure all was working spit spot. Super Guy!
