We recently purchased a home that had a newer unit installed by George Brazil and we were due for the yearly maintenance. We also noticed the units becoming increasingly loud when turning on. Khaled came out and was so nice, took the time to take pics and videos and send them to me while I was at work. He found the new unit they installed in 2023 had a leak and the refrigerant was low. He stated it would be a $2700 repair but it was on them and would be covered under warranty. He went over everything with us and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. I really appreciate him, as most of the time you don’t even know if the repair men actually do anything while they are at your home. Highly recommend this company. Their customer service is top tier.

I have had better experiences with George Brazil. The service man was constantly trying to upsell everything. He walked in the door and told my son we needed a New AC unit and we had just paid $7000 for a repair less than four months ago.. He then wanted to replace a part for $450.00 they quickly turned into 500. I told him to replace the part but more than once I told him to leave me the old part. He didn’t do it. He took it with him.. But not until after trying to talk my son into blowing out the ducts. I feel scammed and I don’t think I’m going to let down back in my house ever again
