Based on my experience with their technician Jordan, I HIGHLY recommend Goettl! Jordan saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in repair or replacement! We had received quotes from our (now-previous) HVAC company to repair or replace our 10 YO HVAC system. He listened to the issue and quickly identified a simple check that may have been overlooked by the previous company’s tech. And he was 100% right. We did not need a new AC unit, just a new thermostat. But he was very patient and explained everything to us, answered all our questions, and helped us quickly realize we needed to run away from our previous company and switch to Goettl immediately! This was BY FAR the best service tech visit we’ve ever had! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Christian came out and inspected my heating and cooling. He was so nice, professional, and very considerate. He explained everything without rushing through or being condescending. He was absolutely perfect! I recently started on their Smart Sadie Membership maintenance plan and I actually received the most adorable stuffed animal Sadie dog and a flashlight! This company is so welcoming and good to their customers. I will continue to use Goettl for all my AC and plumbing needs going forward and recommend to anyone who will listen. Thank you for putting customer service first!
