We have worked with North Valley Mechanical in the past. When our air-conditioners needed replacement, we gave them a call because they have always been responsive, honest, and did good work.
It was no surprise to us when Kyle, our sales rep, came in and exceeded our expectations. He was informative, knew the industry, explained the scope of work, and outlined pricing for us. He reiterated NVM's commitment to quality, cleanliness of install, customer satisfaction, and told us we were in good hands.
Our units were installed on Monday and the installation went really well. Tuesday, we had questions about the new thermostat and a tech was out here that day to help answer questions. To make matters more difficult, yesterday, I removed one of the thermostats to do some touch-up paint and screwed up the thermostat settings. By this morning another tech was out here helping us reset it. Unbelievable responsiveness.
So not only was the pricing more than fair (actually way lower than a major competitor in the market), North Valley Mechanical came through on their commitment to make sure we were completely satisfied with our installation and final product.
Their average 4.9 start rating is absolutely deserved!

Very thorough, polite,cleaned after done. He found a problem that is what I was complaining about. Last three techs couldn't find.
Overall completely happy with the service and would like him to be my tech from now on. -
