We have had the best experience with Reliance. Over the summer we had our AC go out with a week old newborn at home. They were there within the afternoon and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. They are trustworthy and reliable. This week they installed a mini split for us and did incredible work. Thank you Daniel, Enrique, and Jose! We got 3 other companies to give us quotes for the mini split and Reliance was by far the best price and best service. Thank you!

Dylan was fantastic! He’s very professional, has a wonderful attention to detail and also so respectful of my home. He took extra care to clean my attic door and did a great job explaining his diagnosis, recommendations and solutions. Non pressuring, but very assuring and feel confident my HVSC is ready for summer. Great job, Dylan!

Reliance has always been good to me and my family and now they are doing the same for my business. Azel From Reliance is an exceptional tech that is very well-versed, polished, professional, and customer focused. I can’t recommend reliance enough. I was very pleased with this company and the people I connected with. Rachael who scheduled my service got me in same day also worked around my schedule . She was so nice and thorough. Tristen, who came out to complete the service was so friendly , professional and thorough as well. Reliance will be my go to from now on. I highly recommend this company. The charges were extremely fair as well. They have also put two new units in at my parents home and they had a great experience as well.

Dylan from Reliance was polite, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing as well as recommended ways to improve quality of our unit. The work was completed efficiently and everything was left clean and in great working order. It was a smooth and pleasant service call, I would highly recommend Dylan at Reliance to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service.

It was a great experience. First, when I made the appointment with Reliance, I mentioned my availability and the worked hard to accommodate my work schedule. Then, the technician Dylan called to give me his current location and the told me when I should expect him. Dylan arrived on time and his skills were amazing. He told me what he would be doing in detail and then started his work. He was very kind and caring in every aspect of his work. Dylan showed me and my AC Unit great skill, love and kindness. I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer....Dylan did everything right and put his heart into his work. This is the 2nd time I had Reliance come to my residence to maintain my AC. They constantly show great skill and care for their work.

Tech was right on time listened to my issues and we worked together to solve an access issue eventually successfully installing four pre wired smoke/co2 alarms

We used Reliance AC to replace our 20-year-old unit in July 2023, and it’s been nothing but problems since. We thought we did our due diligence when we decided to use them after our AC broke during the hottest week of summer considering they were a reputable company. It took them 5 days to schedule the install during the hottest week of summer, and the temporary window units they provided didn’t work forcing us into a hotel for a week.

Just 14 months later, the compressor failed. Reliance tried to charge us $1,200 for the replacement, claiming to waive labor fees but inflating refrigerant costs. They showed no accountability for such a major failure in a new system, even from ownership not even a phone call. We went elsewhere for the repair.

Now, August 2025, only 25 months since install, the compressor failed once AGAIN but only this time the compressor is no longer covered under warranty which is now forcing us to pay completely out of pocket for everything. After multiple consultations, every company concluded this was due to the initial install done by Reliance in 2023. Multiple major breakdowns in such a short time are unacceptable and the company’s dismissive attitude even from ownership made things even worse. We regret ever giving this company our money and will never recommend or use them again.

Bottom line: Reliance does not stand behind their work or their products. We will be filing a claim with the ROC. Save yourself the stress and money and take your business elsewhere.
