Metro Cleaning is absolutely THE BEST carpet cleaning service I have found in 42 years of living in Phoenix. The cost is very reasonable compared to ZeroRez and Chem Dr which I used for years...and Metro does a better job without badgering me with upgrades and have to dos!

Fast, accurate, polite and did a great job! I was wondering what company did this since I need more tile floors done, and then their request for a review popped up into my inbox! I can't wait to have my new home's grout sealed!

This company cleaned our office for 9 months. In October of 2020, we had to cancel the service due to our physical location closing due to COVID. To be clear, we cancelled because we no longer had a space for them to clean. Last week (feb 2021) I received a nasty email from them threatening to send me to collections due to an "illegal cancellation". I responded back that I had never received an invoice, and what it was for., it was for the remaining term of a contract my predecessor had signed. I asked if there was any type of consideration since we had to cancel due to closing our office due to COVID (second time I let them know our office had closed, we no longer have a physical location to clean). They responded back with "We understand that COVID-19 has taken effect on a lot of our clients, we have worked with them pausing the services, extending there agreement and dropping some of the cleaning days to make it a win win for both or clients and us. We could continue to service you for the remaining of the 3 months to prevent illegal cancelation charges or pay the remaining balance in full".

I don't know how many ways I have to say we have nothing for them to clean. Highly disappointed with the level of response. They weren't even to work with us a little bit.

As far as their cleaning services go, they cleaned our 800sf office every Friday for $200 a month. 5-person office of which only one person came in regularly so there wasn't much to clean. Take out the trash, wipe things down, clean the rarely-used bathroom. They don't even supply the supplies, we had to prove the cleaning supplies, trash bags etc.

Based on their combination of customer service, or lack thereof, and their value I would not recommend them at all.

Anago has been providing cleaning services for our business for a few months now. We have been very impressed by the work ethic of their employees and quick response to new projects we have for them!

Anago approached our business about cleaning services. After the initial month or so the service just continued to deteriorate. They skipped cleanings, didn't fill out the log book which during the sales presentation they touted as being so important and overall did a poor job.
Contact the owner and all you hear is well we can cancel but of course we will bill you for the next 30 days, read your contract. Happy to be done with them.
