Paul & Marilyn Johnson

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

Paul and his team promised to meet my very small budget. But Paul said “we want you to have the nice kitchen you deserve!”
In 5(!!!) days they demolished, hauled away, and built my whole new kitchen - cabinets, counters and backsplash, (quartzite), floating shelves, new sink, stove and microwave. I’m so thrilled with their work - there are no words. JUST GRATITUDE!!!

We could not be happier with Paul and his team! After scouting out contractors for our kitchen rehab we knew immediately that Paul was our guy. His attention to details and willingness to accommodate our wishes was unparalleled. And not to mention his pricing far out beat the competitors!!!! Paul was able to pull off a full kitchen and half bath renovation in as little as three weeks just before Christmas! We are forever grateful we picked Neoteric Builders for our remodel!!

Very happy with the work done, particularly the new fireplace wall framing and floating shelves. Tile work was excellent, and great painting of pretty much the entire interior. Well done. Team was very easy to work with and completed in a timely fashion. Thanks to Paul and Team!
