These guys are terrible people who don't care at all about their customers.

Original repair was not what I asked for and it leaked within 15 months. After one week of asking the repair is still not done.

They are a little bit expensive, but unlike other landscapers they will actually show up when they say, and definitely fix what you need.

We have used over 5 years now and love them. They replaced our entire drip and sprinkler system this year.

Fabulous company to work with. I asked my tree trimming company for a referral for a great landscaping company. They steered me in the right direction. The designer, Tim Harper, was responsive, a great listener, knowledgeable and reliable. Our last landscaping company was a nightmare to deal with. This company, in contrast, was a breeze to work with. Everything, from cleaning up the last landscaping companies mistakes, to installing a watering system, repairing an older watering system in another part of the yard, planting trees, recommending and planting plants and masonry work were done extremely well. The communication and commitment was also great. As a side note, they also must take care of their employees because they were terrific. They were all cheerful and friendly even though they were digging in the dirt in July.

I am very disappointed with this company. I have been doing business with them for many years, some experiences have been acceptable, some not. Recently, I called them to fix a leak in a main sprinkler line and had to wait a week. The tech came out, “repaired” the leak and the next day my yard was flooded again. I called them and the office manager informed me that it would be a week before they could come out and repair their “repair”. I called another company and they came out the next day and properly fixed the non - repair from Jenkins. Oh, and the cost with the other company was about 60% of the non-fix from Jenkins. I called Jenkins to cancel the future appointment, and the office manager hung up on me. Two days later I called to get a refund and the same office manager told me the invoice was voided and they would “no longer be doing business with me”, then hung up on me again. If you want to deal with a rude, unprofessional office manager, technicians that don’t do their jobs, all at a premium price, then by all means give Jenkins a call. For me, I am thankful that they “will no longer be doing business with me”.

This company really cares about customer opinion and concerns. I have never seen a company respond so quickly to calls or inquiries.

They have the complete landscaping contract of HOA. However, the main thing that they do, because they ignore their contract, is mow the grass once a week. They don't even complete mowing the grass in front of 65 townhomes. Today I found the grass in front of my home trimmed edged but not mowed. I found others in the community not trimmed or mowed. They've allowed the shrubbery to overgrow the sidewalks, creating a hazard for the owners here in both mobility and security. I was on the board of directors when we hired this company, we hired them because of their promises, their contract, and the price. It turned out to be my most disappointing decision of my 3 years on the board.

Our HOA hired these people and they do the bare minimum. Every week I see them cleaning the same spot. Nothing else, just the one spot. Our community is larger than just the front entrance. The washes are a mess, the streets and sidewalks are over grown with weeds. Such a disappointment for the increase in HOA dues to pay these clowns.
