Incredible team at PHX Pavers who care. We were so impressed by the responsiveness to getting the project done. The pavers on our outdoor living area was fairly straight forward but the finished product way exceeded our expectations. The driveway on the other hand, was very challenging as it's 300' with turns and elevation. Thanks to your team, it all has made a statement. We had a great experience with PHX Pavers. We got bids from several established companies. Chris gave us the most confidence and the best advice on our choices, and provided multiple quotes with different options that were all reasonably priced. He provided several addresses that we could go look at it which really helped us narrow our options. The big plus here is that Chris and his crews followed through on all promises and every detail discussed. Our large driveway and motor court turned out exactly as expected, on time and on budget. The color and design choices that Chris helped with look great and match our house and landscape as expected. PHX Pavers did a great job paving our long driveway and parking areas at our mountain home. I very much enjoyed working with Pete and Alec. The terrain and conditions for our project were not easy, but PHX Pavers made it look great. I also appreciated their customer service and sincere desire to make sure we were pleased with the finished project. No customer service at all!

I called and asked if they do smaller residental jobs and they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I guess the answer is no

Spoke with Alex about getting an estimate to put pavers in my back yard. Alex said he would contact me the following Monday to let me know when he could be here. That was 1 month ago and I never heard from Alex. What caliber of business drops a potential client like that?

Jim came out to the house. Was supposed to come back the following week to go over design details. Cancelled appointment three times. Said he'd email estimate - never did. Never responded to additional attempts to contact him. They may do decent work but I'll never know because I won't support a business that has such a low opinion of their customers that they can't even take the time to respond.
