We have used Jones twice for full house moves. Both times they were punctual, friendly and they hustled! Also, they were gentle and nothing got damaged in either move. After seeing some of the horror stories of bad moves I am so glad we found Jones. Highly recommended!

They packed my 3bd house up in a few hours one day and the next moved me into my new home and even set up the beds. They were courteous, professional and very good at their jobs. I would use Jones Moving & Storage again for any move and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jones Moving has serviced myself and family on several moves. They always have been fantastic. Recently they stored my furnishings. All were returned in great shape,

I was not happy with this storage company. They charged me $3,000 a year beginning in 2016. They keep my stuff with other peoples in a large warehouse where you aren’t allowed to see it and if you want to add anything, it costs you $75. In 2018 when they came to Illinois to drop off my stuff they didn’t use a number system to make sure my stuff was all there. When they left I found they had given me some things that weren’t mine. And since I wasn’t unpacking anything until moving back to Arizona in 2022, I discovered many of my things were missing. They only give you 3 months to report a problem. If you store your things for any length of time, don’t use Jones Moving and Storage

Very timely move. Movers showed respect for our home, were courteous, and moved everything quickly. No damage and on time with estimate. We were very happy with Jones Moving and would recommend them.

Sold my house, had a mover lined up to pick up my items in 3 days, 4 days before I had to be out my mover texted me and told me he couldn't do it, no apology, no explanation, no phone conversations!! After frantically calling several movers only to be told they couldn't move me in that short time frame I called Jones moving and they made it happen, Mrs. Jones worked with her drivers to make it happen, the cost was very close to my original quote from the 1st mover, they didn't gouge me knowing how desperate I was, fair, professional, on time and on schedule, I'll be moving again next year and will be contacting Jones Moving again. Great family business.

My family and I have used Jones five times in two years - yes, between two families we moved five times. They were careful with our furniture, professional, workers never took extended breaks such as I have experienced in past moves with other companies, and the individuals were friendly and very, very kind. If I lived in the area and I was planning another move, I would use them again!

Jones moving was professional and efficient. They were up front regarding costs with no last minute price gouging like some movers. The two men who managed the delivery of a 3 bedroom house worked efficiently and were both pleasant and professional. They have my highest recommendation.

Jones Moving was amazing. My move was smooth an uneventful! They kept my belongings in storage between closings and everything was in perfect shape when delivered to my new home. We plan on moving again in the next year and I would most definitely call Jones Movong for the job!

I recently had a great experience with them, from the first call to schedule our move to the last piece of furniture moved off the truck. The crew arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and treated our belongings very carefully. I would highly recommend Jones!

I called several moving companies before speaking to Candice at Jones Moving. I was convinced half way through our conversation that they would be the first moving company I ever hired. I’m old school and thought moving is something you just have to suffer through. Not anymore because if I have to move again I will be calling Candice. On moving day Alex, John, and Chris were great. They were careful but hustled during the entire move. The entire experience from my first call to when the last box was brought upstairs exceeded my expectations. First class service, I highly recommend Jones Moving.

I am happy to recommend Jones Moving. I found their price very reasonable, pre move work really helped, and day of brought two highly skilled movers, who were efficient and effective.

I was happily referred to Jones from a friend. Jones moving was awesome. They moved my office, 6 work spaces, lots of cabinets, 8' conference table, and my huge desk down a narrow square spiraling stairwell.

We were very satisfied with our move using Jones. In the past I have used several movers and Jones is the best. Fragile items were well packed and there was no breakage or damage. Their employees were courteous and responsive to our requests. We would definitely use them again.

Alex, John & David were on time and extremely careful with our furniture. They were there to do a job and they did it perfectly. Great Moving Company!!!!

I have used Jones Moving & Storage twice in the past couple of years. The first time was in 2016 when they moved me from my existing home in Scottsdale to another home. They packed all of my belongings, crated all my art pieces, moved large art, furniture and sculptures, and assembled the furniture upon arrival.

In 2019, I decided to move to Sacramento, CA. Jones, once again, came in to my home, packed all my belongings and kept everything in storage for me in AZ while my house was being remodeled in Sacramento. They stored everything for almost 3 months and then delivered my items to CA. Everything arrived intact and in great shape. Everything was done according to my quote and there were no surprise extras.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I like that the family is involved totally in the business and Travis was a joy to work with. They are all very professional, honest, and hard working. In both of my moves, nothing was broken or damaged and I had a lot of weirdly shaped art pieces with a lot of weight to move that required extra care. If you want an honest mover, that's a "straight shooter", I don't think you can go wrong with Jones Moving & Storage.

Outstanding experience with Jones Moving! I have used them 2 years ago, they were very professional, caring, on time, friendly (Darryl and John were amazing), also offering a good value. I have had many bad experiences for the last 20 years with different companies (inter-states, cities) but this time it was finally great. I will use them again this month.
