Freddy has helped me multiple times clearing blocked sewer lines at several properties. He is always quick to respond and does a great job. I highly recommend him!

Freddy is the absolute best! He trustworthy, a pleasure to work with, offers great prices and has great knowledge and skill in his trade. Not only that but he truly cares about his customers and is always prompt to the job (Which is really important to me). I recommended him to all my friend and family. He is the only guy I will use.

I'm a repeat customer of Freddy's. I needed a couple non-emergency plumbing repairs done so I texted him - he responded in less than a minute saying he'd be over later that day! Not only did he show up just like he said he would, he was willing to work late into the evening hours, on a weekend no less, to get the job done right. He's professional, friendly, honest, and his rates are reasonable. Definitely recommend him.

Freddy is AMAZING! A couple of weeks ago I needed a toilet replaced and some pipe work done. I reached out to Freddy and he responded within an hour, answered all my questions, and set up a time to come out that worked best for me. On the day of the appointment he was on time, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, and cleaned up after he worked. Freddy is super personable and a wealth of knowledge. He was able to give me some awesome advice on another plumbing issue I have going on and some great ideas that would end up saving me money in the long run. This is the second home I have used Freddy at. I had a historic 1915 home he did some work on a year ago and he did amazing work with me super old pipes! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. We will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. Call him - he is awesome. He responds well and quickly to text messages as well which is so convenient. Freddy rocks. Bottom line.

Caring, genuine, friendly, honest, and goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. Freddy has been to my house at 5am on an emergency call to random drain clogs same day. Walked me through a problem one time via phone call so I didn’t have to pay him for coming out. 10/10 recommend.

Freddy is so honest, professional and excellent at fixing a wide variety of plumbing issues. I highly recommend him! He is a terrific plumber who communicates very well as I manage plumbing issues for my father from out of state.

When you look up the definition of professional, courteous, skilled, kind, and honest it will have Freddy's picture next to it. Not only did he answer my call immediately and scheduled a time for him to clear my clogged kitchen sink, he texted me with updates of his arrival time. He went right to work and within an hour had my drain cleared and even cleaned up the area under my sink before he left. It is refreshing to see true customer service in action! Thank you, Freddy!

I called Freddy on Saturday for a clogged main sewer line issue and he was able to respond within 30 minutes. After messaging a few times to ascertain the issue, we scheduled service for Monday. On Monday, Freddy showed up on time and was very personable. He was also able to unclog the line by hydro jetting the roots. Freddy is honest and his rates are very reasonable.
The next time I have a plumbing issue I will be calling Freddy. I recommend him to anybody who needs a plumber. No need to call anybody else.

Freddy is an excellent plumber who is responsive with a great deal of expertise! I had a plumbing 911 after selling my home, he came out in short order and solved the issue!

Freddy is super good at what he does. I had him replace the water main on a house in Peoria, he did an outstanding job, including explaining to me tricks I never knew about soldering copper pipe (I'm a handyman). He can handle any plumbing issues you might have, no matter how complicated. I will definitely call him again next time I have an issue I can't fix myself.

Freddy helped to quickly locate and fix a leaking underground service line in my yard. He was professional and communicative, and did great work with strong attentional to detail. We will certainly hire him again, and would definitely recommend him for those looking for an outstanding, honest plumber in the valley!

We were lucky to have found Freddy. We had another plumber come out and was unable to fix the problem. I called Freddy in the afternoon and he was willing to fit us in at the end of the day. Was at our house late in to the evening to make sure all issues were resolved. Would highly recommend.

I cannot give enough praise to Freddy. We have used his services a few times over several years, and he continues to amaze us with his professionalism, expertise, and reliability. He has replaced water heaters for us and performed maintenance on them. Each time, we know that not only is the job going to be done right and with pride of workmanship, but it will be done promptly and for a very reasonable and fair price. Freddy is the absolute best!
I have to give a huge shoutout to Freddy, my plumber, who went way above and beyond. One of my diamond earrings fell down my shower drain and he somehow managed to find it—I was sure it was gone forever! I almost cried and can’t believe the effort he made looking for it.The real MVP, most valuable plumber Freddy, is professional, super friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. Honest, reliable, and just an all-around good guy. If you ever need a plumber, he’s the one to call!

I would highly recommend going with someone else. We reached out for an inspection prior to purchasing a home. He was extremely rushed the entire time and repeatedly asked if he was done and could leave while I was asking questions. He looked at a shower drain that was blocked and confirmed with absolute confidence that the only issue was hair build up. It was actually completely full of grout and cement that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to resolve after moving in. Go with someone that takes their time in reviewing your issues and provides quality customer service.

I'd leave two stars but since nobody can leave a 3 or 4 I have to balance out the curve.
Freddy came by to check out a leak I had, he was referred by a friend. I explained the leak my 1920's build home has, under the crawl space. I explained I've had issues with two other plumbers being flaky and that I had it scoped (cam'd) by them both and I had the footage available to watch. Freddy insisted that he scope it himself.
He spent about two hours running a line to show me footage that I'd already seen before, completely ignoring what I told him was the issue until he diagnosed exactly what I had been saying.
He couldn't pinpoint the leak and instead gave me a ballpark area to dig out, after which he would come back and quote me the repair. He then charged me $300 for a line scope I had already done, twice before. As I said, I even had recorded footage of it.
I did the dig, exactly where he said and couldn't find the leak. I then continued to dig, going so far as to tear some floor out of a bedroom to find the leak. When I DID find the leak and sent Freddy a head's up he completely ghosted me on the project.
Ok, here's where I'm wrong. He's not a two star. Freddy left his dirty latex gloves laying on my living room floor, had me hold tools for him while he tried to scope my line, and complained about how long his day was the entire time he was here, then charged me $300 to offer absolutely no help what so ever.
I guess if you need a rooter he'll probably work but otherwise put this chump on your DNC list.

Freddy “was” amazing. I can’t say anything bad about his skill as a plumber but he poured gallons of water down a vent pipe to prove it was a roof leak but it wasn’t. This caused my ceiling to collapse and never offered to help get it repaired. As his business has grown, he has been slow to respond or totally unresponsive to new and old customers. He’s expanding his business and I think he moved to Buckeye and he doesn’t want to travel. My advice is to keep looking for a better plumber.
