I've had several plumbers try to repair my shower temperature valve. Every plumber that came couldn't fix it right because they were not familiar with a higher end European fixture. Tom was able to determine the issue right away. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone!

Unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue and the plumber we’ve used for years had retired. So, we did some research and decided to try Maloney Plumbing. The issue we had was we could hear running water under our kitchen sink. But nothing was turned on and there were no visible signs of a leak. It was easy to schedule an appointment and get a technician to our home quickly. The technician quickly said he was not able to determine the cause of our problem and suggested Maloney schedule a leak detection company they work with to come out and investigate. The company came out shortly thereafter. They quickly found the source of the problem and explained it would be a relatively simple fix for the Maloney technician to complete. Unfortunately, they charge and are paid separately from Maloney Plumbing. We expected the Maloney technician to come back later that day, but there was some miscommunication at their end and he ended up coming back the next day. However, for some reason he was not able to do the work. He said he had appointments the rest of the day and he’d have to come back the following week. Well, that was not acceptable as we needed the issue resolved that day. As a new customer, this was not a good way to start. We called Maloney right after he left and, very apologetically, they said they’d send Lupe out right away. Lupe and Anthony arrived within the hour. After talking with Lupe, I think we would have saved time and possibly not needed the additional leak detection effort (and extra cost). Too bad Maloney didn’t send Lupe and Anthony out the first time. Lupe was very engaging and knowledgeable. His primary concern was our satisfaction. I felt very comfortable with him and was confident he would take care of our plumbing issue. Lupe and Anthony went right to work and quickly completed the task at hand. We were very happy with the result. To coin a phrase, Lupe “turned our frown upside down”. It looks like we have our new plumbing company. Next time we need service we will call Maloney and specifically request Lupe and Anthony.
