we had a great experience with dale and leonard! after another large plumbing company told us we needed to replace our water line for a high price, we called dale and leonard for a second opinion. they took the time to carefully check for leaks and made the necessary repairs quickly, explaining each step as they worked. they were honest, professional, and respected our budget, even giving us helpful tips to watch for future leaks. they also provided a much better quote for a preventative water service replacement, saving us a lot of money compared to the other company.

I was worried about my old gas water heater and also needed to replace a few toilets. I reached out to Vaughan Family Water Heaters. Leonard got back to me quickly and showed up at my place in Phoenix. He was very professional, explaining the differences between a gas water heater and a tankless one so I could make the right choice. I decided to go with the tankless water heater. The crew arrived early the next morning, replaced three toilets, and installed the new water heater. Everything went smoothly and the team worked really well together. I’ll definitely use their plumbing services again and recommend them to others.

When I got home from work in Phoenix, I noticed some stains on my baseboards and realized my water heater was leaking. I found a plumbing company online, and they sent Dale and his team out early the next morning to check things out. An hour later, they returned with a new water heater, and by the afternoon, everything was installed. The plumbers were very professional and knew what they were doing. They not only cleaned up after the job but also took care of most of the stains on my tile floor caused by the leak. I’m happy to pay for quality plumbing work, and they really delivered. Every time I called, Leonard was super helpful, and when the city inspector showed up early while I was at work, Leonard quickly contacted the city so the inspection could happen as scheduled. This plumbing company is reliable, and I would definitely recommend them.
