They have horrible customer service!! Their manager don’t know how to talk to a customer, she is extremely rude and they are money hungry.

Never showed up. No call, nothing. Had to call out a different company after waiting all day.

By no means inexpensive, this company has nonetheless provided excellent service and has shown a true willingness to accomodate a customer's last-minute schedule.

Mike was on time, and awesome to work with. He diagnosed the issue immediately, and repaired the unit. I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call to the repair of my unit everyone was awesome!

This company provides excellent service. Guessed what the issue with my refrigerator was over the phone and technician had the parts on hand. Fixed it in 30 minutes and it has worked great. The service was very professional. Recommend to anyone.

Needed maintenance and repairs at my restaurant, I found Frost through a friend. The owner himself came out with in 20 mins and did the job. He was great, explained everything and gave recommendations. Prices are very reasonable best I’ve seen in Phoenix. I absolutely recommend them for any refrigeration or AC needs.
