From start to finish, Pankow Construction transformed our older home into a modern, comfortable space that exceeded our expectations. Their team was professional, communicative, and attentive to detail. The design suggestions were thoughtful and practical, and the quality of workmanship is evident in every room—from the custom cabinetry and flawless tiling to the upgraded electrical and plumbing work. We expected the project to take several months, and while it did run on the longer side, the timeline was clearly explained upfront and every phase was completed meticulously rather than rushed. Communication during the process was consistent; we received regular updates and had quick responses whenever questions arose. The final result feels luxurious and functions even better than we hoped. The price was somewhat higher than other bids we received, but considering the superior materials, expert tradespeople, and the lasting results, it was worth the extra investment. They also handled permits and inspections smoothly, cleaned thoroughly after each phase, and offered helpful follow-up support, so we felt confident and completely satisfied.

I hired Pankow Construction for a full kitchen remodel and hardwood floor replacement throughout my house — not a small project. They knocked it out of the park.
The craftsmanship is excellent. Every detail was done right, and it shows. Beyond the quality of the work, what impressed me most was how they ran the project — clear communication throughout, no surprises on budget, and they actually finished a week ahead of schedule.
When issues came up (and they always do on a project this size), the team handled them quickly and without drama.
I'd hire the Pankow team again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers what they promise.

Pankow Construction has completed several projects at our Paradise Valley home over the past 10 years. These projects included comprehensive exterior remodeling, several interiors bathrooms, entertainment area, office, and new kitchen counters and lighting. Rob and his team are very professional, thoughtful, and dedicated to quality. No matter the size of project large or small, Rob is always my first call.
