Rise Above recently completed a whole home remodel for me -- Kitchen, both bathrooms, flooring throughout, lighting, garage repairs, and other miscellaneous fixes. I am very pleased with the results. This was a 6-figure project, that we knew would take months to complete. We had 4 contractors come into our home to prepare a quote, 3 quoted on the project, and Rise Above's quote was in the middle. We ultimately chose Rise Above because Bret had us out to the showroom, and really excited us to see the options for cabinets, flooring etc. Bret and Skyler completed the project on time, and there were no surprises thrown at us. There were some blips here and there, which is understandable with all that we had done. But it all got worked out. Skyler and his crew have been there for us before, during, AND after the project was completed. Any issue we had, we texted Skyler, and he got back to me within a few hours - very pleased with the customer service, and Skyler truly wants all his customers happy. We definitely are.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! They were so good to work with and even didn’t drop me when I changed my mind several times on things. Gave me ideas and it was a great experience all the way around… Love, love, love my new kitchen… And the whole house, but especially my kitchen!

True professionals. I made the decisions and gave them my vision. They guided and executed. Flawless! From the showroom to all the tradesmen, they have a terrific team. We even did this while out of town! They kept me updated and the results are amazing. Updates 4 bathrooms including taking out two tubs.

My experience with Rise Above Remodeling was exceptional. They kept us informed about what was happening each day during our remodeling. They showed up when they said they would. The project was finished on the day we expected it. The price was exactly what we we quoted. Every one of the tradesmen they sent were excellent, clean and polite. Our new master bathroom and bedroom complex are beautiful. They painted the entire house and did it expertly. All the tradesmen told us what a great company we had hired. I could go on and on. I recently had my Primary Shower and Guest Shower remodeled and Rise Above Remodeling was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I called multiple companies in the area and many were not even interested in my project or gave me extremely high bids. Rise Above was referred to me by a friend and they were by far the most responsive, honest and reasonably priced companies to deal with. Bret was spot on with his design suggestions and Skylar and his team were extremely professional and communicated well throughout the construction process. I have had no problems with my showers post production and they look great! I would highly recommend Rise Above for any remodeling projects you have - you won't be dissapointed!

After we looked into several different kitchen remodel companies, we chose Rise Above for their professional attitude and their enthusiasm in starting our project. They spent time helping us pick out our cupboards, tile, hardware and grout colors. They were willing to share their expertise knowledge, but yet encouraged us to also focus on our wants and needs and design our kitchen so that it would fulfill our own dreams. From the start of the project right up to completion, the entire team at Rise Above was involved and always willing to answer questions and assure us in every step of the project. They take great pride in their work as they should! We are 100% happy with the outcome of our kitchen. It was a pleasure working with every member of the Rise Above team.

The team at Rise Above Remodeling was hired to replace our countertops and back splash. After completing several renovation projects with other companies and constantly being dissatisfied with the communication before, during and after the project I decided it was time to switch from the low end bidders to a contractor with an above average bid.

Bret was responsive from day one and took pride in ownership in the work his crew of workers and subcontractors completed. Once scheduled the job was completed within 10 days, which is often unheard of anytime a stone counter-top has to be fabricated.

When friends ask what makes a good contractor i will always tell them that it's all about how they react when things are not right. After the job was complete we noticed a defect in the stone. Bret returned immediately to investigate and support the replacement of the quartz counter-top.

If I had to say anything negative about the experience its that the Quartz counter-tops on the market are not what they're advertised to be. After having the Silestone representative in my home I learned their warranty doesn't apply to the homeowner, the product can't withstand the heat of a crockpot or microwave dinner without the risk of permanent damage. Furthermore, the only chemicals / disinfectant that can be used safely on the product is soap and water. Choose a nice granite / marble but stay away from manufactured quartz.

We put our trust in these people to do what they said they would. We were out of the state of Arizona throughout the entire build process of our bathroom remodel. From the first interview through the build was spectacular. Bret was very thorough and made choices easy for us. Kurt, thank you for all the progress pictures. The office staff was courteous with good phone skills.

We had a very positive experience working with Rise Above Remodeling for our kitchen remodel. What could be a very stressful time was made smooth and uneventful by everyone involved in the process. They were attentive to details prior to beginning the remodel and came out several times to verify our selections. They had a schedule from the day demo started until the finishing touches were completed and they were right on schedule. It was a 5 week process and they followed the schedule as outlined. We could not be happier with the results! We would not hesitate to have Brett and his crew come back to help with future projects.

Our experience with Rise Above for the remodel of our master bath was just wonderful. 10 STARS!!! All the teams, (tile, electrical, demolition, plumbing, painting) that came were very professional and thoughtful as well as very competent. The communication between Kurt, Skylar and the teams was impressive. Kurt addressed all our questions and completed many of the minutia tasks we requested. Bret was very helpful in creating our new vision for the bathroom and Cassandra with her designer eye was most helpful.. KUDOS to Rise Above. You exceeded our expectations and we have already recommended Rise Above to many friends here in Anthem.

The team at Rise Above remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms and what a difference! Rise Above has a great team, clear process, and they excel at communicating daily. They stayed on schedule, and our kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic! They were able to take our kitchen and baths from a 1997 era to today. Our kitchen is now functional and beautiful, well done Rise Above!

We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.

Rise Above remodeled my entire kitchen, my 2 bathrooms and replaced all the flooring in my entire house. I could not express my gratitude enough for the BEST remodeling team in the entire valley. The Rise Above Remodeling team did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel! They were very communicative during the entire process - providing us with daily updates and next steps. The entire process was extremely smooth. When one part of the project was complete, they had the next task lined up with the subcontractors so there was never a lull in the project. All the subcontractors were very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the final result!

Rise Above Remodeling definitely lives up to their name. They absolutely rise above their competition.
Our first contact was with Bret and Skyler when they came to our house and took measurements. We then visited their showroom and they had several good ideas for our bathroom remodel. We signed the contract and work started a short time later.
Their foreman, Kurt, was nothing short of amazing. He sent us a preliminary work schedule at the beginning of the project and he also sent an email or a text daily outlining who was coming the next day, what they were going to accomplish and what project was next. Throughout the project Kurt was very fast responding to texts or emailed questions.
As for the work, it went very smoothly and right on schedule.
The demo guys were on time, mindful of any dust and hauled everything off at the end of their day.
The plumber was friendly, very professional and had a few helpful suggestions that we didn't think about in our initial plan. He works a lot with Rise Above and you can tell they have a great working relationship.
Next came the tile installation. Their installer, Saul, is an absolute artist and for a one man show he was super fast! You can see why Rise Above uses him.
All and all we couldn't be happier and have recommended them to several friends.

Rise Above Remodeling was amazing to work with. We had hired them to redo our master bathroom and flooring and it came out beautiful. We initially met with Bret and Skylar who came over to our home to discuss what we were wanting and then later they came up with project options and material choices for us to select. Once we got started on the remodel we worked closely with Kurt and he made every day easier for us by letting us know who would be showing up and at what time we would be expecting them. At the end of the day we would get a recap of their progress and what to look forward to the following day. At one point we decided to add to our project and tile up to the ceiling and they quickly adjusted the plan and pricing for us and they still finished the entire project by their projected date. We would hire and work with Rise Above again in a heart beat. We have recommended them to our friends whenever they are looking to remodel.
