We worked with this company for our palm tree trimming. No complaints with the service and quality of work. Affordable as well. Owner (Bill) is nice to work with. They cleaned up afterwards (as expected for tree work!). They have the gear to do the job right and efficiently.

From the very beginning, when Bill came to assess the trees on my property, it was clear how passionate he is about his work. As we walked around the yard, he took the time to explain tree care in a way that was easy to understand and helped me learn what signs to look for in healthy (and unhealthy) trees. It was both educational and a very pleasant interaction.

The quoting process was fast and straightforward. What impressed me most was Bill’s honesty and care for the trees themselves. He recommended a lighter trim due to the season, explaining that a more aggressive trimming in the summer heat could cause damage. Since I had already shared that I knew very little about tree care, it would have been easy for someone to upsell unnecessary work, but Bill’s guidance made it clear that his priority was the health of the trees, not the size of the invoice.

We ultimately had a palm tree removed and four other trees trimmed. Bill’s crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and was friendly and professional. When they were finished, our yard was spotless, there wasn’t even a twig left behind. The trees look better than they ever have.

I wish more businesses operated the way Treetime Design does. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both the customer and the trees are unmatched. I have already recommended them to others and look forward to being a lifelong customer.

Tree Rigs did a palm removal and stump grinding for me. The work was done professionally and for a reasonable price. The palm was very very tall, close to my back fence and surrounded by some of my favorite plants, flowers and other trees. Tree Rigs safely lowered the trunk pieces without damaging my lawn, fence or other nearby foliage. The stump is gone and I’m glad this palm is no longer in my yard. Communication was good and he showed up when he said he would. He is a hard worker and was also the entertainment in the neighborhood that day. Happy to provide a reference or photos as needed. I had Tree Rigs do my win damaged tree removed. They came ASAP and were very professional!!! They also ground the stump and it looks absolutely fantastic! Watching them work was amazing. Again they removed my 30 - 35 foot tree (with NO damage to anything on my property) ground the stump and hauled everything away after cleaning up wonderfully. Brian was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job on my trees. The largest palo verde on my property was badly damaged from block-cutting (like a bush). He cut out all the damage and dead limbs to promote healthy growth in a tree I was ready to cut down. He thinned four other trees just as nicely and completely cleaned up like he’d never been there. I’ll call him for any tree work I need going forward!
