I wanted to update my prior review:
Aaron and his crew came back out to address the concerns I had with my Texas Ebony tree. They were professional, responsive, and did a great job fixing the issues. I’m very pleased with the final outcome. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you Aaron!Prior post: I recently hired this company to trim my Texas Ebony tree, and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the results. While the crew did a good job with the cleanup after the work was completed, the actual trimming of the tree did not meet my expectations especially for the money I paid.
The pruning was quite aggressive and lacks the precision I was expecting from a professional service. The final shape is not aesthetically pleasing, and I feel the quality of the work did not reflect the level of arborist expertise I was looking for. I expected a more knowledgeable approach to the specific needs of a Texas Ebony. Given the outcome, I unfortunately can't recommend their services for specialty tree care.
