Pre scheduled an estimate between 4-5 pm. Made sure we were home, delaying plans. 5:30 pm with no call no show. After multiple attempts of calling to check if they were on their way, never answered the phone. But did decide to send text, “Can’t talk right now, not on my way. Reschedule next week.” This company didn’t even have the courtesy to reach out to us, to let us know they were unable to make it. We had to reach out to them. The only positive thing is that we didn’t spend any money, good thing if this is how they treat their customers.

John was good about coming out to look at project, but never followed up with estimate after numerous attempts asking for his bid.
