True Vision Landscapes

True Vision Landscapes did an amazing job on our front yard revision project. After trying to find a landscaper for almost 6 months, Irvin and his crew stepped in and I couldn't be happier. New turf, pavers, rock, flowers/plants, lighting and irrigation, they did it all and it turned out amazing! They finished our project in a very timely fashion, even though we made a few changes along the way. Communication was excellent throughout the project and Irvin responded to every question/request very quickly and professionally.

Update: We hired True Vision renew our front and back yard landscaping with artificial turf, new landscape stone, and plants/shrubs. The project(s) initially went well and I was impressed with their work. However, the follow up has been very poor.

*There was a discoloration defect in the artificial turf on the west 1/2 of our front yard, covered under manufacturer's warranty, and it took almost 1 year for Tru Vision to have it replaced.
*We had grass growing thru the seams of our turf on the East 1/2 of our front lawn and it took months to get it addressed (see pic below).
*During installation of irrigation, a line was cut to our back yard and we lost multiple rose bushes and shrubs. (Had to hire a seperate company to sort it out.)
* Over 1/2 of the plants in our front yard died within 1-2 months of job completion. Irvin promised to replace them, but has never followed thru.
*Most recently a single brick paver in our front walk sunk approximately 2" (see pic below). I've called and messaged Irvin multiple times, he promises to send someone out, but hasn't.

At this time I cannot recommend his services.

We had a great experience with True Vision Landscape. They did an excellent job on our pavers—the quality really stands out.

Their team was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
