AZ Valley Plumbing was originally hired to complete the full plumbing scope on a new build, including rough-in work and installing all finish fixtures. In the beginning, their work appeared to be solid. However, a few years later, the current homeowner discovered that the tankless hot water heaters were installed incorrectly and not in accordance with manufacturer specifications or installation guidelines.

Despite being notified of the issue, AZ Valley Plumbing has been completely unresponsive. They have not taken responsibility or made any effort to correct their mistakes. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address a clear installation error is extremely disappointing.

At this point, I cannot recommend AZ Valley Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, professional, or accountable service.

We reached out to our neighbors for plumber recommendations and several responded that they had a good experience with Angry Pipe Solutions so we decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to Amy who was very pleasant and took the time to listen to me describe my issues and concerns then scheduled a visit to my house by Greg. When he arrived he took a look at my issues, gave me options, and was able to make the repairs on the same visit, which has not been my experience with other plumbers. One issue I had was a tub spout that would not work to switch the water over to the shower head, which I felt I could tackle myself, so I opted not to have that fixed. It turns out I was wrong and realized I was over my head again, so I called Angry Pipe again and Amy was as patient and pleasant as before and again sent Greg out who he had the proper knowledge and tools and was able to remove and replace the tub spout. I am impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the services we received from Angry Pipe Solutions and if you live in the Queen Creek or East Valley area, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a call for your plumbing needs.

Greg came and did fast and efficient work on a leaking pipe in the wall. He quickly found the issue and efficiently fixed it. He was courteous and friendly. The price was good for a job well done. I recommend Angry Pipe Plumbing if you want a friendly experience, good pricing, and solid advice.

Contacted Angry Pipe Solutions on Saturday about a leaky gas water heater at one of our rental homes. Location was in a pantry between the kitchen and garage. Owner took it upon himself late Sat. to investigate and prevent potential flooding. He removed the defective water heater, spotted code violations from this 25+ year old installation when the home was built, installed the new water heater by 8am Monday morning, by code. Attached a pic of the installation, with a drain pan to prevent possible future failure, nice.

Fantastic result that could have cost my wife and I thousands of dollars in water damage.

First, Angry Pipe provided a lower cost estimate, for installing the same water heater, than my other bidder, by far. They are good communicators, and did the job in the time frame promised. The tech was happy to discuss the product and its maintenance, and answered all my questions.
