Trusted Heating & Cooling is an excellent company. There products a A+. They are on the job at the assigned time. There workers are experienced, and the attitude is we will do what ever it takes to get the job done right We could not be happier. I would definitely recommend them .

We noticed our outside unit was running even though the AC wasn't on in the house -- constantly running. We called Trusted and they sent someone out that same day. Apparently there was a clog in the tubing and the unit outside and inside had actually accumulated ice on them! The service provided was thorough and the AC has been running perfectly since. We are very pleased.

Daniel has just done a 6-month maintenance service of our AC/Heat Gas Pack. He was so courteous and did a thorough job, explaining things to us that we did not know about the unit.
He's a real credit to Trusted Heating and Cooling and we're hoping he'll be back for our next maintenance service in 6 months.

Do not use Trusted Heating and Cooling. Not only did they quote us $2500 for a repair that another company did for $500, but they also advised us to completely replace our whole air conditioning unit for $7000 (which is ridiculously overpriced). This company, like I suspect many other big name HVAC companies, makes their money by selling customers services they don't need at ridiculous prices. We found a small, family-run business who charged us only for the freon they replaced, which was almost a third as expensive as Trusted quoted for their freon.

Trusted Heating and Cooling are great. My AC started making a strange noise. Danny the tech knew exactly what to check for and found the problem right away. He even came out late in the day.

I've been using Trusted for the last 3 years now and they have yet to disappoint.

We had our fall heater check.
Daniel not only turned the unit on, he checked the Co2 levels in the house and found they were high. I had been baking and the oven was on while he ran the test. He suggested I turn on the exhaust fan then tested again and the levels went to an acceptable level. I usually only use the hood exhaust fan when things I'm cooking on the range something smokey but I learned I need to use it whenever I use the oven. He then checked our carbon monoxide monitor to make sure it was functioning properly. It was but he said it wasn't as sensitive as the meter he used.
I will call and check with our range installer to make sure everything was done properly but I would have never thought to check it
before this. Daniel was willing to answer all our questions and help us with something (our stove) which was not part of the heating/cooling package.

The great folks from Trusted Heating and Cooling came to my house at 9pm when most companies would have waited until the following day! I explained what was happening and within minutes, the team went into action and our house was back to a nice cool temp. These guys are experienced and have a work ethic like I have never seen. When you need help there is no reason to look anywhere else.

Trusted installed our air-conditioner/heater/humidifier on the coldest day in February 2010 when it became obvious that we had selected the very best company to deal with.
Every technician that has worked on our unit has known exactly what he was doing and has been able to explain to us in terms we have been able to understand.
When you find the best, forget the rest.

Truly impressed by how knowledgeable the technician was! Not only was he early, Trusted taught my client & I why the system was not performing properly. I was referred to the company by another Real Estate professional; she was so pleased with Trusted's work (on their residence) that I felt confident in contacting them for my first time home buyer. For once, a technician actually spent time explaining to the customer what was wrong, what the options were, etc. He truly cared about the client and our situation; not just "how much" he could make off of the person. This estimate would typically take about 30 minutes to determine the HVAC needs;-Trusted spent an hour examining and educating their client. I'll be calling them for all my future HVAC needs...even on my own home! Don't be cheap; do the job right the first time & use Trusted Heating & Air Conditioning!

Not only did he promptly come out at 9 pm to fix our unit but he was extremely polite and is one hell of a hard worker. He checked everything and saved me Hundreds of dollars on repairs. I am on my second 2-year contract with THC. Daneil came today for my regular heating service. He introduced himself and was very courteous. Everything checked out fine on the unit and he did not try to sell me anything. He and my Golden Retriever got along great. I have always been pleased with the service provided by this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Trusted installed our ac & heating unit, along with all new ducting, several years ago. They continue to perform proactive maintenance and the unit continues work wonderfully for us! Daniel was just here recently for our winter maintenance - he is always a pleasure to work with and have at our home. We highly recommend!

Danny was absolutely fantastic, he showed me hands on what he wanted to fix and what he thought he could make better on the AC unit. Walked me room by room before and after with a temperature meter and the difference was amazing! Trusted H & C assured us that they would do everything possible to make sure we were 100 per cent happy with our new multi-stage HVAC. They did exactly that! They had some real challenges with our space as well as the reality that we are picky customers who want things perfect! We were very pleased with them and look forward to a great service relationship.

Danny came out today to follow up on a weekend event. He did a great job explains everything and assuring our system would stay running no matter what the weather or events. 5 star!

Trusted H&C installed our home's roof-mounted AC/gas-pack 4 yrs ago. The installation went smoothly and we loved the new Lennox system - very quiet compared to our old system. This summer, sad to say, the coil on the Lennox A/C developed a leak. So we bought the 10-yr maintenance plan from Trusted. (Large expense!) Danny installed the new A/C coil and recently completed our first follow-up check of the heating system. We are very happy with Danny's work. He always explains what he is doing, he is very easy to communicate with. We recommend Trusted H&C esp. Danny.

It is my pleasure to write this review for Trusted Heating and Cooling. When you know as little about heating and cooling systems as I do, it is very easy for someone to take advantage of you. Having met the owner, and personally witnessed his integrity I have absolute confidence that anyone using this review as a reference will have the same excellent experience I've had. While they were not the cheapest alternative, the level of detail they have gone through to make sure my AC issue was addressed in a way that solved my problem and still ensured the system operated as efficiently as possible was a level of service that went above and beyond what I expected. They also have made sure to take the time to really explain the "WHY" behind their recommendations to make sure I actually understand what I need to in order to make good well informed decision. I absolutely will not hesitate to use Trusted Heating and Cooling for all of my heating and cooling needs.

We have a preventative maintenance plan with Trusted. As part of the maintenance plan we had a technician come out to our home and give us a free check up and diagnosis on our HVAC. Our technician Danny was very thorough with his service. When Danny was finished with the "check-up" he took the time to sit down with my wife and I to explain exactly how the A/C units were performing and the service that he would recommend. We were very happy with the service that was provided by Trusted Heating and Cooling. It seems to be a very professional and ethical company.

Friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. We just had David here for an A/C Tune-Up and he did a great job. I will definitely be calling them in the future.Thanks so much!

Great service, our A/C went out in 108F weather. All other companies said it would be a week or so to get someone out. These guys came out same day, got the unit working. I would use them again anytime.

Always very professional, trustworthy, and not just looking out for his own pocketbook. David was great to work with and if I ever have HVAC issues again, they'll be my first call.

David was very efficient as he identified the cause of our AC being down and had it repaired quickly. He was very forthright about answering question. Pricing was fair and the positive experience led me to investing in an annual maintenance agreement.
