I had a large olive tree in my front yard that needed to be removed. They showed up when they said they would. And the job they did was amazing!! All cleaned up also when they left. They were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Monstrosity!!

I have been asking different landscapers to PRUNE my out-of-control lemon tree for several years with no success. I reached out to Monstrosity Tree service and Ashley came out to consult with me. She was SO knowledgable about all my trees and recommended a plan for all 3 of them. They came out with a few days and pruned them properly! I recommend them highly for their thorough evaluation, the crew that came out for the actual work and for the outcome - all 3 trees look great and I have reclaimed my backyard!

Our neighbors hired Monstrosity to do remove some trees and shrubs. We asked Robert and Ashley to give us a quote to remove 3 bushes and some mistletoe in one of our mesquite trees. They did a quality job at a reasonable price, Very pleasant to deal with, and mostly a family owned and run business. Highly recommend.

These guys did an excellent job and were very reasonable. They were on time , contentious, and did an outstanding job trimming my tree. They also redirected the drip system to the center of my tree. I HIGHLY recommend them. My tree looks like a tree instead of a bush. Thank you Robert!

We have used Monstrosity Tree Service a couple of different times.
Tree and stump removal a few years ago. Today a big tree, big limbs removed and dead branches.
They are very methodical in their work and clean up all debris. Highly recommend them.

Most unprofessional and unreliable business I've ever dealt with. Had a no call and no shows TWICE from them leaving me in the lurch.

Trying to contact them for a tree removal on two separate phone numbers, either received a voice message that was incomprehensible, or a message that their voice mail box was full? Left one message, but call never returned to me?

Great service. They see other things that need to be done and just do it expecting nothing but the agreed upon price. I highly recommend.

There’s a lot of people with good experiences but I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a deadline with HOA to get my tree removed. I cancelled all the other companies considering everyone had an amazing experience with this company. I called them and they asked if I could send pictures of my tree and I did. He later responded telling me the prices and what is included. I asked him what day and he said Friday. I asked him which one considering I wasn’t sure if it was upcoming or next. He told me he would let me know and never responded. I called later in the week almost 4-5 times and texted the number to see if he could still service me. Almost a week and a half go by and I never got a single response. It was so rude he offered me a service and never provided it. I had to go with another company last minute. So sad.

Monstrosity was hired to trim several trees. They did them all nicely except one that they left. They promised to come back for the last one. They never returned. Been in touch several times. Said they would come back but never did. The last time we talked they rudely blew me off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL outfit.
