Great crew to work with!

Unwilling to discuss a major remodel because I'm working with a realtor
-
Excellent company, even checked back a year later to see how things were and when we wanted to make changes they had no problem.
-
Made an appointment for them. They were a no show. I called and left a message. Someone called me back a few days later acting like I wanted to schedule an appointment. I called and left them another message that I already had an appointment scheduled and that they had failed to show up. Never received a call back. Ended up going with another Contractor.

Used cactus construction to fix all the mistakes a previously hired contractor made when constructing a large 200 by 100 ft steel building at my commercial property. Steve was very thourogh and brought the structure up to code imidietly...I'm going to be using him for an additional project I will have In the near future. Great service, great price. It was a pleasure Steve. Thanks again

Cactus Construction did an awesome major remodeling job for me. Bryan Clark was very professional and the project moved along fairly smooth considering the pandemic we are currently in. Thank you Cactus Construction for my beautiful new living quarters!

I interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Cactus Construction after meeting Steve Clark. I modified two large windows into two fixed windows and removed and eliminated a third window. This job required matching drywall texture and Stucco. I was so impressed with the great communication skills that not only Steve provided but also Juli, the receptionist that took my calls and emails. The workmanship done by Ralph that matched the Stucco was excellent. The Painters Mike and Jeff went out of their way to make sure the job looked great. Not only the price was very reasonable, Steve made a special effort to make sure the job was complete to make me happy. I will continue to use Cactus Construction and highly recommend.

I just got off the phone with Steve Clark, the CEO. He was extremely rude.
I scheduled an appointment with this contractor and another contractor to give us a proposal on the same day. Bryan with Cactus Construction showed up over an hour and a half late. It wasn’t too big of deal, I work from home anyway. I had the other contractor scheduled to come 2.5 hours after the Cactus appointment. The second contractor showed up on time while I was still with the Bryan. I asked the second guy to please wait while I finished up with Cactus. We finished up and Bryan said he would send me the proposal within the next couple days.
Two weeks later, no proposal. Called Steve Clark and he said he would find out what happened and get back to me. Another week later nothing. I called again and Steve said that Bryan was not going to give me a proposal because he was offended that I had another contractor show up while he was there. Seriously? He was the one that caused the overlap and made it awkward for me and the other contractor. He said “we have enough business and aren’t interested in bidding against other people and for someone shopping for a low bid”. I never said anything about wanting a low bid I want someone that does quality work, is great at design, good at communication and someone that is reliable.
If this is how they talk to people (or don’t communicate) then I would be very cautious choosing to work with them. Bryan was nice to talk with, but Steve was extremely rude and condescending. I guess it’s better to find this out now instead of the middle of the project. The funny part is I called them because I saw their truck at our church. -
My husband and I were looking for a Contractor to remodel our newly purchased home (bathrooms and fireplace). We met with a few Contractors and after meeting with Bryan, who was referred to us by a neighbor, we felt comfortable that he could manage all the work and do the job we wanted done. As with most remodels the scope grew to include lighting, flooring, trim work and and realigning all new interior doors that had been installed poorly by a previous Contractor. Bryan was accommodating and responsive to our communications, and he gave us the extra time we needed to make some decisions on finishes. Although the pandemic created some issues (late deliveries and difficulty in finding some finishes we were happy with), Bryan knew that this was our forever home and that we were going to search until we found what we wanted. There were two items that Bryan made himself, a fireplace mantle and a master bathroom mirror frame. He built and stained both, and they are beautiful.....matching perfectly. Our communications with Bryan were honest and upfront, which helped to ensure the project ran as smooth as possible. In the end, we have a beautifully remodeled home that we love. Thank you Bryan!

Steve has a great rep and is a pro and does careful work. Very communicative team. I recommend!

We would recommend Cactus Construction to everyone! Bryan was a pleasure to work with and completely on top of everything.
He also did a build that 8 other contractors were not interested in doing and he did a phenomenonal job! The people that he works with always show up on time and go out of their way to make sure the area is tidy before they leave.
Communication was excellent as well and he was honest about every part of this build.
He built exactly what we asked for!
We will absolutely hire Bryan and his team again for future plans!
Thanks again, Bryan!
