Overall great experience working with platinum outdoors! We got the owners information, Austin, from a friend in our neighborhood. When we contacted him he worked with our schedule to come over for a quote and then mapped out a game plan for the backyard we wanted, while working with our budget. His crew started our project right away, who also were very friendly. You can tell all the people working at platinum outdoors take pride in their work and making customers happy! Our backyard looks amazing and I can’t say enough great things!

We moved into our new home over a month ago and had paint, flooring, bathroom reno, framing, you name it done to our home. Every single project we started quickly ran into serious issues and we were always provided crews that were messy and not qualified to be doing the work.
However Austin’s team lead by Leo were professional, organized, timely, respectful and most importantly true craftsman’s at their trade. For everything that has gone wrong for us during this move, Platinum Outdoors is the true bright spot and they earned a customer for life.

Austin and his crew did a phenomenal job on our backyard. From day one he went over our design carefully, gave us a honest estimate, added excellent ideas and proceeded to start on the day he said he would. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up their work space everyday and were masters at their
trade. Geo was the project lead, he was so attentive to detail. He laid out the pavers to perfection. Our Pergola swing turned out beautiful. Everything about our yard turned out spectacular. We are definitely going to use Austin and his talented crew for future projects this summer. Thank you Platinum Outdoors for a job well done!

Updating on my last comment, Kevin came to my house after hours even though he didnt need to and shot me a price to start work. He went above and beyond.

I scheduled an appointment for today to receive a quote between 10-11am but no one showed up. I tried to call and left a message but no response. I called a second time and no answer. I would give 0 stars if I could

These guys did a great job, left no mess and totally helped out on short notice. Let's just say I have an "over the top" neighbor that doesn't like the mess that blew in from the last two worst monsoons we've had in over 20 years and just NEEDED it cleaned up now, although it hadn't even been 24hrs from the last storm!?...Lambert Landscape saved me and kept the peace 🙂. Thanks guys and I'll definitely be using them again!

During the job I felt they were quick and very responsive to questions or concerns. However, once the job was completed, if we had questions or concerns they weren't as prompt or he would forget all together. I'll admit the questions or concerns weren't critical but we still would have liked an answer. The work that was done turned out very nice and they provided everything I asked for.

We love our backyard! We had a few companies come out and give us prices and suggestions, but Kevin's ideas were the best. Highly recommend him!

So good that I had them come back for a second project. The first body of work was a custom block wall extension and new gate to box off my side yard...TOP quality work. The next job was about 1000 sq ft of pavers.... quality is all the difference, it’s been 5 years and they haven’t moved once!

I have used Lambert Landscape for several years now. They perform regular landscape maintenance and 2 complete backyard installs on 2 different houses I've own. The work is always great whether its installs or maintenance.
