Edit/update: we have been using incredible landscape for over a year now and usually they do good work, have good communication and are timely. However, over the last few months they have not been great. Last month the truck broke down and they couldn't make it out on the day they promised and I ended up getting an HOA notice (they did give me 10% off when they came out a week later). I had to reach out to him to get a new date, as they did not contact me to reschedule. Then this month I reached out to have the yard done and he told me he could come the 6th. I waited all morning and had not heard from him so I texted at 12noon. Around 130 he messaged me back and said it was too hot out and that he could come the next morning. The next day I expected him in the morning and he did not show so I messaged him twice (at 930am and 1pm) never got a response and he never showed. On Saturday the 8th I messaged again and they finally showed that afternoon. I am on a time crunch as we are selling the house and needed it done asap (also before we got another hoa complaint). I am going to be switching landscapers as they have stopped having good communication and really charge too much. Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience start to finish, I got a call right away to set up for him to see the yard! He was in the area and able to stop by very quickly. He was friendly and honest helped us with some plan out for some pooling concerns we had. Once he had a plan and was here it was like I blinked and it was done! Two days was all it took for this incredible crew to turn the yard from dirt to Incredible! I love it ❤️

I needed someone to help me clean up a very over-planted and overgrown front yard. IL gave me a quote that was very reasonable and could come the next day to help me out. He was actually early to do the job, did an incredible job weeding and trimming, and I’m very happy with his work. You can see the before and after pictures. Highly recommend!

Do you love maintaining your landscaping on your own? Sweating under the hot Arizona sun just to keep Karen from the HOA off your back? No? Me either. So I called Incredible Landscape and had Daniel the Landscaping Ninja come work his magic. Is he a ninja? Maybe. A warlock? Perhaps. A Landscape Whisperer? I can't know for sure. What I can know is that he does great work! Incredible Landscape responded to my initial inquiry super fast, gave me a quote based on a few pictures, showed up right on time, and did an incredibly thorough job. That's everything right in my book. Daniel will now be stuck with all the landscaping work I need done (sorry, not sorry?). 15/10 highly recommend!
