Our backyard was pretty gnarly with weeds that had overtaken it, and K&O Landscaping saved us! They were easy and quick to communicate with, and did an absolutely beautiful job on both our back and front yard. I highly recommend them, I won’t be going to anyone else but them for landscaping needs in the future!

We were so lucky to come across Joel with K&O Landscaping. He came out to our home to give us a free estimate on a cleanup for our front and back yard. They got back to us very quickly with a quote which was very reasonably priced. They got us on their schedule and were out to clean up our yard super fast. Joel did an amazing job on our initial cleanup that we now have him come for monthly maintenance and he does an amazing job every single time.

Joel and his team have done a nice job at both the home I rented and I have continued to use their services for my new home as well. Joel is a great communicator and very responsive and polite. Recommend him and his team.

We hired this company for weekly landscaping service on our $5,000,000 property for over a year, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Their mower does not have a bag, which caused debris to be left everywhere and rocks to be thrown, damaging a $6,000 Pella window.

Debris was left piled on top of plants, which eventually killed them.

Despite a year of weekly service, the property was never properly maintained.

They sometimes canceled on us because they were running behind on other properties, or their truckd broke down, which made matters worse when trying to keep our property in order.

We decided to hire them to catch up on our maintenance and agreed to pay $3,500 for a “one-time cleanup” they said would take two days to finish. After four days, the job was still incomplete, and the owner asked for payment before leaving on vacation for two weeks.

During this project:

Large amounts of debris were still left behind.

Outdoor lighting was broken, irrigation lines were damaged, and pavers were stained by vehicle oil (which they admitted but never repaired).

Their crew stood idle for long periods during the clean up when the owner wasn't around, clearly visible on our security cameras.

They claimed to do paver work, but when asked to address the oil stains or the window damage, they stopped responding.

The owner is very likable, but unfortunately that doesn’t get the job done. This company consistently failed to deliver professional service or accountability. For a high-value property, the lack of care, follow-through, and reliability was unacceptable. We cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

As per the response received, it appears there are only excuses being offered for the inability to complete the job in a timely and satisfactory manner. I was personally in my kitchen when the window was damaged by Isa while he was driving the mover—the supposed owner of the company. Now, we are being asked to provide proof of this incident.

The outstanding balance you mentioned was not paid because the work was never finished, and the broken lights were not supposed to be left unrepaired. Jason had already brought this up, and Isa agreed to fix them but never followed through. Once again, this reflects poor management of both the crew and the business, as shown by a response filled with excuses rather than accountability.

Got a quick quote and was able to get on the schedule really quickly! There and out in a jiffy! Highly recommend. We reached out to multiple landscaping companies and these guys came through!

Hands down best landscaper we’ve had in San Tan Valley! They came out yesterday for an estimate and got the job done the next day! Affordable pricing, personable, hard working, great communication! Couldn’t be happier with the job they did! Highly recommend this company!

No job is too small for these guys ! I needed one tree trimmed . They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price . They now service my yard monthly. They are punctual , reliable and reasonably priced

Joel was very quick to respond and get me scheduled for service. They did an excellent job on my yard, sent pictures of the yard once done! And they fixed the broken valve and sprinkler heads to get the irrigation system working better. All in all they did great and earned repeat business from me!

These guys do an amazing job! Always have great communication and I’m always satisfied with their work! Highly recommend their business. We have 2 large trees in our front yard the leaves are out of control and they do a great job keeping my yard looking beautiful.

Ive been working with Joel and Essa for about 8 months now. They have been more than helpful and at this point friends. Their work is amazing each time and I will not be switching to another landscaper.
