The cleaning aspect was awesome. Great job on all levels. The problem was two Amazon packages delivered were gone when they left and two decorative towels in bathroom missing.

The best investment I have given myself in a while. The house is immaculate. The team took great care. There wasn't a detail missed. Fair priced and on time. 100% recommend.

Paid $500 to have a 500 square-foot guest house cleaned came to inspect it afterwards and I had to redo it myself nothing had been cleaned floor dirty counters dirty windowsills dirty windows dirty… Never again! Buyer beware!

I ordered a "Spring Cleaning" at my house before throwing a baby shower. Ken and Coda arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. They exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. We'll definitely use them again!!

I had Greg and crew out to do a light cleanup and windows at my uncles home as they were ‘coming in’ and I wanted them to have a treat when they got here. A marvelous job was done and I so appreciate them- again a big Thank You!!!

We (Larry and Diane Slemons) contracted with Bill at Palladinos (based on a recommendation) to do a “deep cleaning” on September 13, 2018. Bill listed many items his crew would do excellently prior to our moving into a home we purchased in Sun City West.

Because we had cabinet painters who did not finish as expected on September 12, the two-person cleaning crew could not clean the kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets; however, there was MUCH more listed by Bill that could have been done. The crew had to return the next morning, September 14, to finish.

Unfortunately I did not follow them around to see if they were doing what Bill had promised, but after they were finished and gone, I spent the next three days cleaning what was on Bill’s list of excellence (evidence of which I never saw).

Robert (an associate of Bill’s) did the tile cleaning and presented us with a bill for $685. After I took issue with their $50 charge for returning the second day, we paid $635. Even after the tile cleaning by Robert, I had to wipe up some water I spilled on the tile, and the white paper towel I used came up very dirty. I have some pictures as proof.

On Sunday, September 16, I left a voice message for Bill telling of my complete dissatisfaction. He NEVER contacted me or returned the call. The job was totally below my expectations and/or alleged promises.

I have no experience with hiring house cleaners, so maybe I am just naive and should not have taken Bill at his word. Bill was NEVER at the house; just the two-person cleaning crew and Robert. I showed Robert some of the less-than-clean kitchen cabinet drawers.

I hadn’t decided immediately that I would post a negative review, but ultimately decided it would be unfair to the next person who might fall for the sales pitch. I would not recommend Palladinos and would not want them back in my home to remedy any issues. I already have spent my own time cleaning the house myself.

We hired them for a large cleaning job before selling our home. They did a fantastic job!! They got things clean that no other company could and we’re very detail oriented and fair. We hired them for windows as well and because of how our windows work they were unable to get all perfectly clean but still made and effort and only charged for the ones they could actually get all the way clean. Would definitely hire them again.

Came recommended from our realtor. Charged us $430 which should have included all windows and walls cleaned as well as a full construction deep clean.

Walls were not clean, floors were not clean
Both baseboards and walls all have to be recleaned in order to paint costing me hours of work. I do not recommend. I thought I could trust them based on the recommendation but I’d not suggest trusting them.

Felt like a half attempt for what we paid.

I had the same experience as the one gal who gave the one star rating. The tile floor and carpets were well done. When I saw the windows I had to ask the gentleman to please take off the screens and clean the outside of the windows! Can you imagine that?!! Wow, what’s wrong with that picture!! Lol! But that did get done.

However the actual house cleaning was horrendous. There were shelves, doors, wall fixtures, baseboards and 1/2 a master bathroom that were not cleaned at all. How gross! I will definitely be cleaning everything myself before we move in.

I think this company should stick to cleaning tile floors and carpet. I will absolutely never use them again. And I will definitely advise others including my friends to go elsewhere. I sure wish I had.

Espinoza’s was great! Had them clean windows and they sparkled! Then we had them back another time to clean what a previous cleaner missed. They did a terrific job! They come when they say, do what they say, and charge what they say. Can’t ask for more!

We are local realtors and have used Palladino’s (now Espinoza’s) cleaning for years. They are SO affordable which my clients love, and a clean house sells so much easier and for more!! I also usually recommend adding on the windows - not everyone realizes windows don’t automatically come with it. (Same as with my bi-weekly cleaners). I had one experience where one of my homes was in extremely bad condition. The guys spent 8+ hours there and only charged $25 more (a total of $275). The floor was still sticky after 3x mopping and I called to let the owner know and he personally went out there the next day to clean it again. (It was our listing weekend and I had a ton of showings scheduled so I wanted it to look its best!) I was so appreciative and the house sold in the first weekend. 🙌🏼

As always, an Amazing job!!! I have hired them for the past 3 years to clean my windows. Then I discovered that they provide all kinds of cleaning services. I recommended them to both my sisters, my niece and now my daughter to clean as she was moving out of her apartment. They told her that they would make the apartment cleaner than when she moved in and honestly it did! Floor to ceiling. My sister said that when they cleaned her bathrooms, that she had never seen them sparkle like that. She said they even cleaned the ceiling where there was smoke from a candle. So detailed, on point, so accommodating and so courteous! Thank you for all you do.
