We have enjoyed our yard and pool for two years now. Paul and his team do an AMAZING job!!!! I can’t even tell you how many people tell us they feel like they are at a little resort. Paul is always so quick to help you out with any questions you have. I love that we went with Island Pools and Landscaping. I hope you choose them as well. You won’t regret it.

Paul Martin, with Island Pools and Landscaping, spoke with me shortly after I moved into my new home in Earnhardt Ranch, a new subdivision in Chandler. I hadn't talked to another landscaping company, but I knew I needed to find one within the month. I took the time to listen to Paul's presentation. Then he suggested we visit some of the homes in the subdivision to see, first hand, the quality of his work. As we walked around the community, I could see the difference in a nice-looking yard verses an above-average, well executed, something out-of-the-ordinary yard. I hired Paul. His work is above average but so is his price, as expected for gorgeous, creative landscaping. I have a desert front and back yard. I wanted no grass, not even artificial. Paul checked with the HOA rules to see if he could comply. Paul always checked with the HOA rules to see what plants, trees, flowers, shrubs , etc. were allowed and what were not. After he finished the design, I submitted it to the HOA for approval. Although the HOA rules stated grass had to be in my front yard, they didn't reject the plan. They let me keep the desert look, probably because it was uniquely beautiful. Thank God, Paul knocked on my door that day or I would have just okay-looking landscaping. I paid more and got extraordinary. Love my yard!

Paul was exceptional from the day he came by for the first visit to go over everything. Very patient with my many questions. Also very informative so no surprises. Made sure to walk me through every step of the way and keep me updated. Everything was completed in a very timely matter, even with a couple uncontrollable weather delays. The finished product makes my home complete. I have had some issues with the pump and vacuum, but Paul made sure to get someone out right away each time. Highly recommend Paul and his team for your dream backyard and pool!

If you are looking for a pool and landscape company to do work for you look no further than Island Pools and Landscaping. I had the most amazing experience. First off they put no pressure on me to make any decisions. They were very consultative. Paul and Jack were very patient as I had many questions and they both took the time to answer and make me feel very comfortable. Once we agreed to move forward we signed papers and they said my pool would be completed in 2 months. I was like are you sure you will be done in 2 months? I am going to hold you to it. They far exceeded my expectations. They came in on time and let me tell you the people they have working for them really care about the quality of their work. Their team went above and beyond my expectations. They are very clean and considerate of my property and my neighborhood when cleaning up at the end of the day. I interviewed 4 companies prior to selecting Island Pools and I couldn't have made a better choice. I would highly recommend them and would be a reference if anyone wants to talk. Island Pools and landscaping were such a pleasure to work with. Paul is so charismatic, patient and does amazing design work. He came over and listened to our goals , and he nailed the design on his firsr try. He didn’t try to upsell or push you to do more and definitely worked to stay within the budget we had requested. He said once we signed the paperwork, the pool and yard would be done in 2 months. They totally stuck to their timeline. He was extremely communicative, responsive and answered any questions that came up along the way. We have a small yard, but the design makes the yard feel a little bigger and totally a place that we will want to spend a lot of time using. The yard feels like a little oasis and is perfect! I highly recommend Island Pools. You will not be disappointed with their work and Customer Service!

We selected Island in March of 2024 because they had hired a sales person that we had met years ago at a home and garden show when they had worked for one of the big pool companies. She seemed like she really knew her stuff so we felt comfortable going with island, even though they were pretty new back then. Paul promised us he would have us in our pool 10 weeks after that permits cleared. He kept his word and was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew (especially superintendent Jack) were great to work with, from visiting us on site to taking us to the tile and hardscape showrooms. We love our pool and it cost us much less than the numbers we got from some of the big corporate pool builders when we started looking around. All the equipment was top notch and even our pool maintenance folks marvel at our set up. Jack always responded quick to my texts and went way above and beyond, when helping out with stuff that wasn’t pool related. Paul and Jack were great with suggestions and accommodated us when we changed our minds. His crews were courteous and always cleaned up and were careful when our dogs were out on breaks. We did some stuff on the side (pergola and illuminated fake trees) and they worked with those requirements to accommodate the other work. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about the experience. We have a new build, in a small custom home development of 4 homes and our pool was the first to get done, even though we weren’t the first to get started, and it was the only one ready for Memorial Day last year!!!
