What a great company. From the first consultation to our installation today, we are delighted with the people we have dealt with. Everyone was knowledgeable and considerate. Our installer was fantastic. His professionalism was displayed throughout the entire installation. He was knowledgeable, checked with us on every detail and cleaned up everything. He made sure we were pleased and had all the information needed to care for our shower. Great job, Bryce. Thank you.

Bryce and Jerad arrived at the designated time. They were friendly, polite and answered all our questions. They were meticulously neat. You would never know we had a tub removed and a new shower installed. When they left you never could tell any work & removal had been done. Except , now we have a FANTASTIC shower. Thanks, would always recommend them . Third conversion they have done for us.😊

I'm impressed! From my salesperson Andrew to my installer Kurt - these guys gave A1 service. The wait time felt like forever, because I'm impatient, but the payoff is amazing. My guest bathroom was SO gross; it was old, and rusted...yuck. IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL NOW!

The redo of my hall bathroom was completely explained, and although they ran into a few measurement issues on installation, the cost was adjusted when they needed additional parts. It turned our beautiful! Then a couple years later we had an issue with the drain and Bath Fitter came out and fixed it--no charge. All businesses have to make money to survive, BF didn't get rick on my remodel but the service was great, and the technicians were fabulous to us They made what could have been a very stressful situation into a great day and our bathroom looks fabulous!

Krystina in the scheduling office was easy to work with. Best of all, our installer, was out of the park! Steven was kind and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Bath Fitter did my walk-in shower replacement. The installer Curtis Patterson was prompt, courteous, and professional. He did a great job and was very accommodating since he received the wrong door for the installation. Nonetheless, he completed all the work, and the shower looks very nice. Once the door has been installed, it will be perfect. The whole experience from sales to installation was pleasant, and I would recommend Bath Fitter to any person requiring that service. Reading reviews about the nightmares that other people have endured for this kind of work can easily make one apprehensive.
