Leonel and his team did an amazing job tiling our whole downstairs floor! They were very professional, on time and I had quoted other companies and Leonel's price was most reasonable. Definitely recommend and will go back to them for future work!

We called with an unrealistic request for a tub to walk in shower. They met our needs and did a wonderful job. Both Victor and Alfonso and their crew were professional and showed up every day and when they said they would! We already told them our other 2 bathrooms will be done by them.

Leonel at XLT was awesome. He helped me with planning out the area for our bath. We had limited space and wanted both a large bathtub and a shower. We talked about my basic designs, and he helped solidify them into a working final idea. All of the men who worked on the project were friendly, professional, and skilled.

Any time a question came up, Leonel did not hesitate to answer his phone for my call, even when he was busy. They tore out my entire bath and shower, built a custom frame for my new tub, and installed a smart shower system so that all of our shower and bath needs can be controlled from our phone if we want (there is also a wall-mounted pad).

The work itself was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone knew what they were doing when they arrived, and the entire area was plumbed, the frame was built, all of it was tiled, the tub was installed, and shower/bath heads were installed (4 shower heads and a bath faucet), all within in a week.

Thanks to Leonel and XLT, taking a shower is truly a relaxing experience!

Had XLT come out for an estimate on converting a tub/shower combo into an updated stand-alone shower. Loved that the estimate is displayed in line item form. Leonel's 2-man crew completed the job in week. They asked for input and made suggestions as the job progressed. Shower door came about 2 weeks later by Integrity Glass. Love the whole job. Would recommend XLT.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with XLT construction. Our previous experience with another licensed contractor turned into a 2 and 1/2 year nightmare. The work was never completed and was of the poorest quality. We actually had to file a claim against them with the ROC. To be honest I was apprehensive to start this project again. Leonel (the owner of XLT) came out and took extensive notes. Noting our concerns and that it was complete demo of previous work. He gave us a quote and a timeline. His employees are highly skilled craftsmen. Hardworking and meticulous. Our project had a two week timeline. It was completed in six days! The bathroom is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. They found out during the demo that the previous contractor had not even installed a shower pan/liner! I am booking XLT for all future projects (second bathroom, laundry room, kitchen). I trust XLT. You will be pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of the whole team.

XLT Construction completed 2 full bathroom remodels for my AirBnB property. Leonel came out and bid the job, worked around our crazy schedules and completed the job when he promised to have the job done. Because I was not able to be at the property, the contractor took pictures and made sure I was happy with the job. We had an issue with the electric and without any questions, Leonel had his contractor provide a generator to finish the job. We will be using XLT Construction for all our future construction needs and highly recommended his team. Thank you XLT for making this project so worry free and doing exactly what you promised!

I can't speak highly enough about the professionalism and quality of work that XLT did for my master bedroom/bathroom remodel. I originally sketched up a drawing of the shower design I wanted and the end result was a perfect match. Everyone on the XLT team was great to work with and the attention to detail by the tiler was just outstanding. The craftsmanship in the tiling and grouting was far better than any of the other tile companies I've had do installs in the past. I had received quotes from several companies and in comparison, the quote from XLT was much more reasonable than most of the others so I felt they treated me very fairly. I will no doubt be working with XLT again in the future on my other bedroom/bathroom!

XLT was great in helping me with my outdated bathroom remodel. Leonel was patient with me as I navigated the details in the contract. The process went well except for a tile order issue that wasn’t their fault. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was bc the drywall team wasn’t as detailed as the plumber, tile and glass door teams. I would recommend to my family and friends. They were respectful and cleaned up at the end of the day.

We had Leonel and his team Contracted to do our bathroom remodels were great to work with. They were very responsive when we first reached out to him and he gave us a date when they would start our 3 bathroom remodel and when they would end and they were right on time for both.
