We are so happy with our primary bath remodel! We had been wanting our primary bath remodeled for years. From the beginning we felt their communication was great and the estimate was fair and clear. We are thrilled with our spa bathroom! Chris and Eddy are truly professionals whether it applies to new home construction or a remodel. We would highly recommend CM Build.

CM Built did a great job for our kitchen/dining area restoration after we suffered water damage requiring us to tear out laminate flooring and a kitchen counter. We have used CM Built before, primarily under the diligent supervision of Eddy Montenegro, who managed the original remodeling of the space ~10 years ago. The CM Built crews were uniformly skilled, professional, prompt, orderly, and cleaned up after themselves.

My experience with Patterson Homes was amazing. They responded immediately to my claim and took the time to explain the process. The work performed was very professional and I would definitely recommend Patterson Homes for any future repairs or renovations.

Patterson Homes remodeled our master bathroom. The work was performed with a high level of quality. All the workmen were competent, careful and clean. Chelsea was the project manager and met with us numerous times and moved things along. She helped us select tile and fixtures as well as the overall design. She would always return our calls and came out to see how the project was going. Overall, we are very happy with how this project came out.

While shopping for home remodeling companies for the repair of my home due to shoddy home building from Mattamy Home's sub contractors (a drainage pipe had not been installed correctly, and no this is not a wear and tear situation, this is a new build, my neighbors also had the same issue). I stumbled upon Patterson Homes through Yelp reviews. Of the five companies I was having provide estimates. Spencer stood out way above the rest, not only was his estimate fair, but it actually seemed like he cared. Looking at the five estimates Patterson Homes' was just in the middle, not insanely high at $25k nor low at $8k. I appreciated the itemized costs on the initial estimate as this provided clarity as to what was being charged for what cost, instead of some that gave me a total cost with breakdown. When measuring the home for these estimates Spencer was quick and professional about this. I clearly remember one of the five contractors coming in with grid paper and pencil and drawing out the layout and taking a tape measure! Prior to the hire for the job, I had a different restoration service provide demolition services and I had requested that a path be created with plastic painter's tarp. Of the five estimator only Spencer from Patterson Homes stayed on the path and did not tread into my unaffected carpeted areas. This showed that he was respectful and understood that I cared about the cleanliness of my home. Secondly, Spencer was very responsive to phone calls when I had any inquiries about the status of the work orders or materials to arrive. The sub contractors that work with Spencer were also fantastic to work with, thank you Oscar and Miguel for fixing all the little things. I would totally recommend Patterson Homes LLC if you are in need of home restoration services, they go above and beyond and won't charge you the cost of a down payment.

In October, our water heater failed and damaged garage cabinets, the common wall between garage and living areas, laminated floor, baseboards, and drywall in several rooms.

We contacted our home warranty who dispatched a plumber. The plumber did a quick look at the damage and initiated a remediation company. The remediation company removed the damaged material and recommended Patterson Homes for reconstruction.

Our rating of 5 is driven by three (3) major factors:

a) Patterson Homes (Eddie) reviewed the insurance claim and obtained two (2) additional supplemental checks significantly increasing the payout

b) Patterson Homes assigned a second crew to replace the first drywaller, because we were unhappy with some of their work and their unwillingness to fix the problem

[In any construction effort, things rarely go smoothly, people get sick, material or parts arrive late, and sometimes the owner and work crew disagree. We experienced all of that, but Patterson Homes and its project manager, Bradley, deserve credit for acknowledging our concerns and reassigning our repairs to different crew.]

The third factor (c) was the quality of work (drywall tie-in, painting, and porcelain tile installation) performed by Leo and his team was excellent. And they were pleasant to have in our home.

Patterson managed some repairs on behalf of the home builder and they were amazing! Ryan and Kolby were professional and kept us informed during the entire project. Would definitely recommend.

Patterson Homes did a professional, quality job of restoring and refinishing my home after a random plumbing leak that affected the first and second floors of my home. The work was first rate. All the work teams were efficiently coordinated - showed up and finished as scheduled which is impressive. We had had problems with earlier contractors but Patterson came through. They restored not only my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom but also my family’s confidence that out home would be competently repaired. I highly recommend Gi as the manager of the job. He had a great manner with explaining what needs to happen, why and when in a way that allowed us to minimize disruption to our daily routine. He and his team members were personable and thorough. They also were empathetic to a family living through major reconstruction/ remodeling which was just nice. Went since and beyond to help us be made whole. Expertly answered my questions and provided good insights when I needed to make decisions. I’m going to recommend them to anyone reading this and to a few friends right away.

Recently, my toilet overflowed and caused major damage throughout my home. The mitigation company we used said they were behind and wouldn't be able to repair my home until three weeks out so I started shopping for a new contractor. Patterson Homes responded immediately and was able to start repairing the next day. They literally went above and beyond! Skyler, my project manager, stayed on top of everything and made sure I was satisfied with everything. If something was wrong, Skyler made sure it was fixed and most importantly insured I was happy with the quality of the service. Ivan and his crew repaired my home quickly and made sure that the quality was not compromised. This is a legit honest company, they work with the best contractors. As a homeowner, you can relax knowing that the job will get done right and quickly. I would 100% recommend them for your home needs. Will definitely use them again!

It was great to work with Kyle at Patterson Homes. He was very commutative on the processes and costs. He helped navigate a claim with my insurance company and made my family feel at ease during a stressful time. The contractors they used did an amazing job. We needed dry wall replaced, painting, and carpet installed. Each crew that came out was friendly, professional, qualified, and most importantly gave me quality results.

I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I am very happy with the work that was completed in my home. Spencer Bennett, the project manager, was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the work that was to be done. His explanations were thorough and he was very patient in answering any questions that I had. The workers sent to complete the various types of work -- tile, flooring, electrical, etc. were also very professional and punctual. The work was completed on time and was highly satisfactory. I highly recommend this company, and especially Spencer, for any construction or remodeling projects.

We had a repair done thru
Patterson. A plumber accidentally cracked my laundry room sink! Initially, it was a little confusing as the plumbing company sent one restoration company, then Bradley from Patterson contacted me and things ran smoothly from there on out! The sink was replaced, the quartz countertop was reinstalled, the plumber reconnected the r/o and the faucet. All is great! Plus, a follow up call from both Bradley and from the Patterson office!

After a AC condensation line backed up in our home, I walked into my home office only to find a sopping wet section of ceiling ready to collapse. We were referred by Allstate to Rocky Mountain Restoration for the water remediation. After everything was dryed out they suggested we use Patterson Homes LLC for the ceiling repair.

Ryan our estimator from Patterson came out the same day. CJ, our fantastic project manager was out the very next day and we were able to schedule the repair work on the ceiling just a few days later as we has to wait for the ceiling studs to fully dry.

CJ took the time to come out to personally introduce us to Patterson's Drywall person, Oscar. Oscar was there the next day and within six hours the repair was fully complete including replacing the insulation, installing the new drywall, matching the knock down texture perfectly to the existing ceiling and painting the entire ceiling to match. It was like it never happened!

I have to commend CJ and her entire team on being true professionals and providing a level of exceptional service that is very rare to find these days!

We used Patterson Homes for a claim we had with our Insurance. Our bathroom flooded and needed to be remodeled, this led to having to have all the floors in our home replaced. Our Superintendent Skyler, with Patterson Homes, was Awesome. He kept us in the loop of everything that was happening and worked with our Insurance to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. All the contractors that came to work on the project were very polite and mindful of our home. We will absolutely be using Patterson Homes and Skyler again for our next project!

We had a very stressful situation with an interior wall leak that left us needing new flooring and cabinetry in our bathrooms and kitchen. We needed things dealt with and completed quickly because of housing requirements for our special needs child. Our contractor did an awesome job coordinating everything and everyone he brought into our home knew their work well and they were professional. Our contractor did a great job responding to our questions in a timely manner and he was kind when we needed to have something explained in more detail. We especially appreciate how our contractor spoke to our insurance and explained the funds that were needed and why. When all was said and done, our insurance company covered everything they were contracted to cover. We are very glad to have chosen Patterson homes!

Patterson rebuilt my kitchen after a water leak. They did excellent work and my project manager Kolby was very responsive whenever I contacted him for issues and updates.

The team that completed the repairs under Ralph the project manager were excellent and completed the work on time and beyond my expectations.
