The HOA Board of Directors held a meeting and concluded the following about Jeremy Holliday - "Contractor Behavior:
The board agrees that the behavior of the contractor was inappropriate and will not use that contractor for HOA work in the future." AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Jeremy is awesome! He and his team truly go above and beyond every time I hire them! I am a customer for life!

We had Jeremy come in to make some repairs and do some remodeling after we had a water leak. His crew replaced damaged framing, copper piping and drywall. They also installed a new vanity and toilet, as well as replacing a galvanized section of our water service line and installing a new exhaust fan for the bathroom. Jeremy was flexible and accommodating to address some additional work that we asked for during the project. Jeremy and his crew were punctual, courteous and careful around our belongings. They did excellent work and left our house looking great, and all at a very good price. We would hire them again in the future and highly recommend them if you need most any kind of work done around your house.

Jeremy and his team did such a great job with our small renovation. We couldn't be happier! The work included updating our laundry/mud room, pantry, bar area, and powder room. Jeremy built custom cabinets for both the laundry room and pantry. Some of the cabinets in the laundry room were added to existing cabinetry that he was able to match seamlessly. Great craftsmanship! The project also included electrical work and installation of several appliances. Jeremy is reliable, communicative and just all around a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jeremy and First Leaf Construction.

Poor quality of work, bully tactics.

Company had a sub worker come out to my home to install a fence. Worker didn't do the job to completion leaving me a fence that was not able to meet the function it was designed to do. The worker had stated he would reinforce the bottom of the fence to ensure the dogs did not dig out and to protect the stability of the chain link. When I returned home he had used my curb bricks on both sides of the fence and left with my old fencing. I contacted the company the next day and got their voice mail. I left a voice message. They responded a month later asking for payment and stated they never received the message. I told them I'd pay for the undamaged materials but refused to pay for the materials that were damaged due to their workers failure to complete his work or the labor. They stated "fine we'll just come take it all out and you can start from scratch." Horrible service and horrible delivery of a product.

Just starting my third major project with Alongi. The first was renovation of a historic home needing major structural and electrical work. The second a guest house. Both completed on-time with high quality.

We had Alongi Construction do a extensive remodel of a couple of bathrooms on a rental property. Vitto personally supervised the work, came in on agreed budget and in a timely manner. We were very happy with the final product and his suggestions help saved us some money! We will be calling him again.

Alongi helped me with my home’s renovation about 6 years ago. Pricing was fair, job was neat and quality was excellent. The owner is a nice young man originally from Detroit but boy does he know Arizona construction! Pam in the office was on top of all the paperwork, but my favorite was Mary Lou! She steadied the ship and helped us through the natural stress of a remodel. When it was all done we had them over for our housewarming dinner.

Alongi Construction just finished cleaning, staining, and sealing our backyard flagstone. It looks refreshed and we are very pleased with it. Highly recommend.
