Jason and his team are kick ass!

E&S just completed a remodel of almost our entire house and we love it! From the very beginning, Jason made us feel like his only customer. He’s responsive and straightforward – helping us to understand exactly what to expect, especially since this was our first remodel. He also connected us to a fantastic designer that worked well with us and the E&S team. Our project manager Jeff was amazing! He was detail-oriented, kept us informed and made every concern or question we had seem like no big deal, which really put us at ease. Even the smallest issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently. And they got us back into the house a few days earlier than expected! We can’t imagine a better remodel experience!

E & S did a major 2200 sqft addition to our property and a remodel of the entire 6000 sqft to match. Jason was very patient with us for 5 years while we went back and forth with different civil engineers to get a G&D plan approved with the City. The wait was worth it! The new house exceeded our expectations. It was completed on time and on budget in the middle of a global pandemic. E & S was very upfront about cost and margins and we felt like we got a good deal for quality work. I would highly recommend E & S builders for your next project!

My husband and I had the incredible honor to meet the best builder in 2020 while we were in search of a builder to create our dream home. We interviewed multiple builders and immediately we connected with Jason Easterly from E&S Builders. He spent an hour on the phone with us which happened to be a Sunday on our first initial call. We met in person and we absolutely knew he was the one! Jason did not disappoint. We purchased a gem of a lot in PV and throughout the years of the building process we always felt confident that Jason and his INCREDIBLE team would always do the right thing and we were right! It was the most incredible and most beautiful experience working with Jason on our dream home. Jason is extremely accurate, straight shooter ( in a amazing way) honest, diligent, incredibly efficient, incredible hard working and most of all a really good human being. Just such a good person. His workers are top notch from Ali managing the operations, his project managers and the crew that worked so hard everyday building our home we always had trust in all of them! His wife is a gem and manages the social media and she is amazing as well!! Jason partners with the Lifestyle Co for design services and furnishings and they work so well together I always felt during the process we literally had the DREAM TEAM. The day we had our reveal and the first night on our home I was BLOWN away. I knew it was going to be good but it all come together and was literally PERFECTION!!! After the move in Jason has had his crew come and immediately fix anything that has come up and it is addressed immediately. The post build experience has been Incredible! We received all the information we needed on warranties, manuals and instructions in very organized files and the communication was
EXCELLENT on anything we may need to know on our pool, appliances, systems and everything to make sure we are comfortable in our dream home. It was the most wonderful experience we have had and we are incredibly blessed for that experience.
