Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools provides great service. Steven came over to fix our pool pump and was great. Good communication, friendly and quick.

Got their info from my home warranty company. Talked to there scheduler and she asked if I had an in-ground spa or above ground spa that needs repair. I told her above ground. She said ok. Their repairman came and said he doesn’t repair above ground spas. He demanded the $85 deductible so I paid and he left. What a scam! Now they trying to back peddle and marked my appointment as a cancel after the fact.

Cole did a fantastic job fixing our pool filter! He was professional, super friendly, and had everything completed in just 30 minutes. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable he was throughout the process. We have had Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools to repair our pool many times and have always been very satisfied with their service. The technician they sent today, Cole, was by far the best we’ve had. He was very prompt getting to us and was very knowledgeable. Cole had our pool going in no time. Very nice young man.

Steven showed up and on time. He was very cordial. He made the repairs quickly and discussed with me what he did and shared photos. I would use Green 2 Crystal Clear again and would request Steven.

Jason is so great! Our current pool company kept saying we needed to buy all new equipment and never gave us honest feedback. We had Jason come for a second opinion and he completely fixed our pump! It’s functioning without having to replace it. It feels good to find someone who is trustworthy!

They did awesome! I had an old stainless steel pool filter and the internal parts went out due to over 30 years of use. I used my home warranty that would only approve a rebuilt unit. They installed a rebuilt Hayward W3C4030 that was rebuilt at their shop. Honestly it's really awesome! My only issue was getting my warranty company American Home Shield to follow-up on the issue to get the work done. You can see the difference from before the repair and after. The technician put in alot of hard work and was really awesome! Thank you all! If anyone is using a home warranty company for repair, Green 2 Crystal Clear can only do so much due to warranty companies limiting them on pricing and repairs authorization. So please be reasonable and take up any issues with your warranty company. I'll be changing mine. Thank you for reading.

I had an excellent experience! Steven was the technician who came out, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.

The Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools technician that was sent out to diagnose my Pentair pool pump said it needed to be replaced, and sent their diagnosis to Landmark Home Warranty and added in their opinion it was leaking from high chemical counts. Green 2 Crystal Clear left me a $2500 replacement estimate. Because of that statement my claim was denied. After research I contacted a different contractor, which replaced the shaft seal for $165, and the pump is now working great! Had the Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools Tech been more honest and done some trouble shooting it wouldn’t had potentially cost me $2500! In addition, they refused to revise the original diagnosis to Landmark Home Warranty, which Landmark claimed they would have honored and covered the costs.

Jason did work on our pump early in Sept. Within a short time he had it apart, diagnosed, parts replaced, and put back together. He worked steadily and thoroughly and was professional through the whole repair. Our pump has never ran so quietly! Excellent work, highly recommend!

I went through my home warranty and they sent out SunB- Pools. They didn’t want to perform the necessary repairs. They stated it was our fault basically. But I called home warranty and requested another pool company out. Not only did Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools come out and repair it they also repaired a mistake that SunBright did months ago. Steven was clear on everything, he had great customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable. When I call my home warranty I will always request Green 2 first.

It's always a gamble when you have to use your home warranty, but when I found out that I was assigned to Green 2 Crystal Clear Pools I was ecstatic. Their reputation proceeds them, and when Cole showed up fix my pool pump for me, the rumors were confirmed. Cole was highly trained and highly knowledgeable, had an answer for every question, and was so skilled in taking everything apart and putting it back together that he probably could have done it blindfolded. If I ever have to have service done outside of my warranty coverage, this is exactly who I am calling.

Steven was an absolute pleasure to work with on my pool heater replacement. Green to Crystal Clear had him to my house within a day, determined that the old heater could no longer be repaired and had a new one installed this morning in just a few hours. I would highly recommend G2CC Pools and cross your fingers that they send Steven to your house!!!!

First the scheduling was done quickly and Steven arrived at the time he advised. His repair was done quickly and he had the part needed with him which saved an additional service call. Great job !!!

We needed a warranty repair on a pump housing. To do that they had to also replace a badly damaged pad. The work was done quickly but unfortunately it wasn't done right. We called Carina and she got on it immediately. She called us back when she said she would and had another tech scheduled to come out and make things right. That happened all within a few days and now everything is perfect. Carina and Jason the Tech communicated with us very well, addressed all our concerns and never pushed back on our issue.

Cannot say enough great things. Was given a 12-4 window and Steven was here by two. He completed the entire job of testing and replacing the pool motor and seals within 30 min. The efficiency, punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge Steven provided cannot be understated, and I appreciate all of it. He tested the new motor all while explaining what went wrong and what the new motor will do. Thoroughly reviewed next steps and lifetime expectancy of the new motor, as well as some information about the company and staff. I would recommend the Green 2 Crystal Clear and specifically Steven as a technician 100 out of 100 times. Thanks so much !!
