The owner of the company arrived very close to scheduled appointment and was very professional . This my first time using this company and he was very thorough in assessing what I needed and giving me a price ,which was very reasonable. The job was done in less than 2 hours ( included a stain problem and covered the family room, hallway and 2 bedrooms.
I am very happy with the result and would recommend them to my family and friends .

Fred did a great job cleaning my carpets. Some heavy use areas with kids and a dog in the condo and the carpets looked great when he was done. It was expensive, a little over 700 sq ft and 13 stairs was over $350. Not the cheapest, however with the professional and timely service combined with the final results I'm happy with the overall performance of F&F.
