Simply Clean Organic

Had to leave for 1 week for an emergency leaving behind 3 cats that absolutely destroyed the carpet with urine and other stains. It was so bad i thought i will need to replace it. But simply clean did the job for a great a price and even offered to come again free of charge if it still smells. Highly recommend, friendly and professional service.

I used Simple Clean Organic recently to do my master bedroom at my house. I have a toddler and I always am concerned with chemicals in my home and I am very sensitive to smells as well. I was very pleased that there was no strong smell or odor just a light fresh smell. I was not only pleased with the lack of smell post cleaning but it actually took away the area on my beige carpet that gets horribly dirty from foot traffic of my husbands shoes. This is my second time using Simply Clean Organic and each time we get prompt and very friendly service. They are very kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be using this company again.

Was not told of “large room” charge (which was nearly double price) until after job was done. Asked for pet stain “deep clean” and now carpet smells worse. I Called Ryan and he kindly agreed to come by to repair. UNTIL he decided to tell me right before showing up that he will be charging me $375 to rip up my carpet. His exact words were “This is how this is gonna go” and would not let me get a word in edgewise and kept talking over my husband and I and was extremely rude. Nice guy Ryan went out the window and when I told him I would be charging back my services he claimed his “law firm” family that I heard about for 20 min at my home along with “celebrity carpet cleaning clients “ would be contacted. Best wishes Ryan!!
