I can’t say enough good things about Casey. Casey was professional, punctual, honest, and helpful. I had been advised by another company to either do 1800.00 in repairs or to replace my older AC. Casey came out and evaluated my system and advised me of the best course of action. The other company was trying to convince me to spend money I didn’t need to spend, not yet anyway. Casey replaced one part for me and I spent a fraction of what I thought I would need to spend. I appreciated his honesty and will be a repeat customer.

Casey answered my call late afternoon on a Friday! I explained the issue we were having and the location. Through luck and his willingness to help (with an emergency call fee, of course) he was able to get to the home that was experiencing the issue in about 45 minutes.

He analyzed the problem and fixed it in great time and was done by 6 PM.

I am of an older generation, and I appreciate being able to speak directly with the person who will be doing the work. Casey is set up with the right technology to take my call, assess the work to be done, get approval, do the work, bill and collect. As much as I would have liked to meet him in person, it was very convenient to get this all done over the phone, with text, email, and Venmo - without a middle person to do the scheduling and trying to upsell me on some other service.

Casey has done great job with maintaining and fixing our not so new AC system. Thank you for your prompt response and availability. Highly recommended Casey for all of your AC needs!

Casey at Action Air did a great job working with me to find a heat pump that matched the features / specs I wanted at a read cost. He had the unit installed and was gone in little time with no real interruptions to my day - highly recommended!

My husband and I reached out to Action Air when we began having trouble with our old AC unit. Casey kept that unit working far longer than we thought possible. We knew its days were numbered, so we requested a quote to replace it.
Casey provided us with several different, fairly priced options and discussed the pros and cons of each.
We decided to go ahead with a full replacement before our old unit failed beyond the ability to repair.
The price he quoted us was the price we paid.
His communication was excellent and there were no surprises along the way.

TL;DR- good man, good work, good pricing, no surprises.

Casey Harrison was great. Came out to explain options and gave a very fair price. Was responsive and on time for his appointment. Helped with the rebates and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs.

Casey has helped us twice, once on a Sunday afternoon and once afterhours. Both times he arrived quickly and was able to get us up and cool again. And, we did not feel like he was charging extra just for the time or day of the call. Casey is a pleasure to do business with!
UPDATE: We ended up having to replace one of our two AC units and Casey was extremely fair with the pricing and showed-up when he said he would even with it being in the middle of our hottest month when he was super busy. We recommend Casey 100%!

Casey is amazing. Honest, punctual, professional, clean, fair and respectful. We had action air install a split unit in our master bedroom, Casey helped us decide on a unit that was efficient and appropriate for our needs. Fair price and impeccable install, I'm pretty particular about how things are done and he was able to satisfy my inherent OCD need for symmetry and perfection. You've got a customer for life 👍

Casey has been highly recommended throughout our community. So when we had a heat pump emergency, we called Action Air. Casey came out the same day. The unit was quite old, has been limping along for a while, and the best choice was to replace it rather than a very costly repair. His recommendation was spot on, service was timely, extremely neat, and professionally completed. I am actually looking forward to seeing our electric bill now that we have a much more efficient unit. And QUIET!! I don't wake up every time the unit comes on - YAY!!! We will continue to use Casey to maintain our other systems and replace those when the time comes. It is extremely refreshing to find an HVAC service that is honest.

I highly recommend Casey to do any sort of HVAC repair or replacement. He was very prompt and reasonable with his prices as well. I had a old through the wall air conditioner replaced with a mini split unit and it came out fantastic!

Absolutely the best diagnosis and service I could have hoped for. Will definitely be having them back twice a year to keep tabs on my AC Pro triple split systems.

Quick response. I used to install AC, so followed Casey as he went through the system troubleshooting. Excellent knowledge and skills. Obviously has been in the business for many years. Found the problem quickly, and had the solution proposal the same day. Definitely recommend!

My air conditioning went off and I called Casey as he installed a new unit for me last year in the other end of my house. That was a good experience and so was today. He arrived very quickly and he resolved the problem quickly as well. He has fair pricing and he is a good guy.

Casey form Action air conditioning saved my 8 years old system! He is wonderful knowledgeable HVAC pro, has an excellent analytical skill, and performed quality work for me. He solved my ac unit mystery problem which I have contacted 3-4 hvac guys, from big or small companies; some looked at, couldn’t find the problem (bc they couldn’t analyze it) and wanted me to replace it; some came, looked at for 15 min, then told me they were not able to fix it in case of a complicated situation arise…, a “nice” excuse, then took the trip charge fees and left. Easy money! One guy told me the reversing valve was bad(actually is not, tested by Casey) , wanted me to replace the whole system, bc that valve repair would be very expensive, upsell me, and claimed there was a shortage of new ac unit in stock… all kind of crappie talking. I am so glad that I called Casey, Action Air Conditioning. Not only he answered the call himself (how wonderful when you don’t have to explain your ac problem to naive receptionists! Accessible is so important.), but also listened to my frustration of ac problem while he was on a job. Scheduling directly with him. He came right on time. No more than 10 min. He ruled out some other tech‘s crappy misdiagnosis which was a typical upsell technique for a new ac unit,. Casey suspected a faulty device causing the ac malfunction, tested, confirmed and fixed! He also explained to me why and how he resolve the problem and fixed that problem. Wow! that repair service was so professional I haven’t had since 2017 I relocated here. Thanks Casey for your professional quality work. I totally trust him. He will be my yearly maintenance guy and my next ac system installer when the time comes. I highly recommend Casey for all your AC needs.
