Shotty HVAC systems, unprofessional office team and a corporate team that does anything they can to weasel out of honoring legitimate warranty claims.
There are MULTIPLE property managers (such as myself) that are more than happy to share our experience!
I told my GC and VP of Development that I will not manage another asset for them if BMI is used as the HVAC installer.. it’s not worth the headache!
