At about 3:15pm today a small white van with your company name and logo RAN a red light and almost hit me and my kids in our truck. It happened on Thunderbird just east of the I-17. License plate number 98A 1ND… Please reconsider who you allow to drive your company vehicles.

Joseph, Customer Relations Mgr at this company, was very schooled in A/C replacement issues and generous with his advice via several email exchanges with me. I let him know the parameters of the A/C problems I was trying to solve; he offered excellent advice and actually approved of the quote I received from another company. In other words, he gave me expert, free, very helpful and much appreciated advice at no charge. How unusual and impressive!
